It's very early in the year. Paradise valley has the best greens! I play a league there. The fringe is dodgy early in the year. Play this course. It really gets better late in the spring. It's not easy an easy trek. Well worth a look or an outing.

We hit it up that 1st warm Sunday right after the weather we had. Was surprised with how good of shape the course was in with how bad the weather had been.

This course is a absolute disaster conditions are poor but my main issue is that they schedule tee times so close together took me and my buddy 5 hours to get through a round still some how shot a 77 after not being warm all round cuz we had to wait 20 min on ever shot

It's really gone downhill and now I remembered why I stopped playing there. It has the potential to be a decent course but the cart paths, lack of amenities like someone to sell beverages on a 100 degree day or at least water coolers placed somewhere on the course. They removed all their port a potties so now it's all nature again. Cart paths suck. Greens are not in the best shape and neither are the fairways. The staff is not the friendliest soI've decided to not play there again....too expensive and not worth the money or drive. Sullivan has a nicer course at cheaper rates....I'll stick to playing there and skip the trip to paradise valley....there is no paradise on that course

It was fantastic. The course was well kept and greens were great. I saw other reviews talking about cart paths but they were fine…it’s not a PGA course but it’s great for the money.

I had an issue with the people at the course early last year, as they searched my bag since, "they didn't see me walk out of the clubhouse with a gatorade". Simple I showed my receipt and they still wanted to search my bag. I let them and they found nothing. Fast forward this year, a 4 some behind a 3 some and a 2 some behind us, the Marshall barked at us to, " Get Moving " we were "Leading the Pack", we argued that a 3 some will play faster and was walking off the greens as we were teeing off. The 2 some behind us were good players, but didn't putt out and had a gap behind them. Bottom Line, I enjoy the difficulty of the course and how it requires me to use all the clubs in my bag, but I won't ever be back.

I played here recently and the course was in rough shape. The fairways were not good. Hardly any grass on fairways. I would have rather hit from the rough than the fairways. The greens were in good shape but the best thing about this place is the new gps carts. But other than that I won’t be returning. They would rather spend their money on golf carts rather than the course condition.

If your 16 and can drive a half hour on the highway and pay for a cart but then get here and they don’t give us a cart. Have been here twice before but if you get an annoying front desk worker they won’t give you a cart. Rough isn’t trimmed and is too high. Payed 60 bucks instead of 30. Terrible service. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
