Fun time. Very clean. Had my 2 six year old grandsons with us. One of the balls got stock in the middle of the lane. An employee helped us immediately. Clean rest rooms. Can't wait to return. Children friendly. Very reasonable prices.

Rude and disrespectful owner or whoever the gray haired cashier is. Didn’t even acknowledge us at the counter. Just told us no lanes available. Not even apologetic about it. Almost like it’s easier to push people out than find a solution.

Just called to inquire about the posted Monday all you can bowl on Mondays for 12 dollars starting at 9pm (this is advertised on the website) . The person answering the phone seemed upset I was asking about it stating they have leagues Monday and usually the open lanes go fast. No interest at all in trying to take time to answer my question, just wanted to get me off the phone. Easy just will never go there. Not a way to treat potential customers. If an owner is looking at this keep this in mind for the employees you have answering your calls. Plenty of places to bowl .

We were told open lane ends at 11pm when we got there at 10:15 we were told we only had 30 min to bowl when we asked them was it not 45 min we were told “do you want the lane or not”. We felt very uncomfortable from the moment we walked in the place from the stares we got to the way we were spoken to it was a bad experience. Not even from my experience alone but how I seen them treat others I hate to place the race card on anyone but this establishment did not feel black people friendly!!

Guy that picked up on the phone is very dismissive when asking if they have open lanes. Very rude and just hangs up because you repeated a question he never answered. I’m sure it sucks that people keep calling about open lanes during tournaments, but be more respectful towards your customers. Hope the grumpy guy on the phone reads this and changes his ways for the sake of this business.

Wow! Not modern nor dated. Affordable bowling with automatic scoring and graphics when you get a strike or spare. There is video gaming and an old fashioned lounge. Bathrooms were modern and clean . The bartender was friendly , drinks were inexpensive, and service was quick. I liked the bartender because he was friendly and the manager?was also smiling. They made you feel welcome and this was evidenced by the the teens bowling on a Saturday night and an 89 year old lady on the next lane. I am personally going to go here more often because the bowling alley doesn't give off that seedy feeling that drives you away. Kudos!

If this place wants to stay in business, they need to start off by getting rid of that grumpy old man behind the counter! My friends and I decided to take our boys out for a night out bowling. We sat and chatted, while our boys bowled. He tried charging us moms! Total of 6 bowlers, and tried charging for 9. Caught that right away! Then charged us for 17 games in 1.5 hours of being there. They did not play that many games. Honestly save your money and time and go elsewhere.

To the owners of this business.. if it wasn’t for your customers, you wouldn’t be in business! Customer service is key in any business!! Smile! Be honest! The entire staff needs to be revamped, retrained or simply replaced.

This establishment is completely RACIST! i brought my clients here to bowl yesterday 8/7/2024 a total of 16 plus 3 staff. me and another staff were harassed by the owner because our clients did not have on shoes mind your our clients are autistic with mental health issues ! so changing shoes can sometimes be a issue. the owner approached me waving his finger in my face talking to me as if i was a disgust to him . He stood behind me and my group watching us for almost 10 minutes on lanes 3 and 4 . the owner stated that me and my group are causing him issues because everyone wanted to know why our clients were not in bowling shoes ( our clients come here ALL THE TIME shoes were never an issue ) but because me and one of my coworkers were African American he harassed us the entire time while the staff behind the desk stared at us the entire our we were there. we eventually did put on bowling shoes for the ones who will allow it . we will never come back to this out dated establishment !
