Se come bien, el lugar está lindo, es pequeñito para no mucha gente y está bien para el tipo de ciudad. No hay mucha oferta de restaurantes en Pocatello.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. The place was very clean. Entrance is not very well marked.

The food all came out prepared as asked and pretty quick dispite the place being pretty full. Everything was just under seasoned.

The burger was very dry, but to cook a burger that thin and not have it be dry would be a challenge.

The fish and chips were very good. Nice and crisp while still light.

The brisket fries where pretty good. Lots and lots of just fat slices not meat. The meat had a nice flavor and was tender like a good brisket should be, maybe the best brisket I have had in Pocatello. The sauce was heavy on the vinegar. I wish they had not used pre-shredded cheese that didn't melt. A melted cheese would have made a big difference.

The French fries were very good, tasty and crispy.

Don't sit by the dinning room door. Everytime someone opens it, a strong very cold breeze blows right on you.

A few thoughts on this restaurant that we were originally very excited to try:
We pulled up to a nearly deserted restaurant and came inside to be seated next to about 3 different kinds of bug catchers; fly strips hanging from the ceiling, fly catching liquid containers and a literal bug zapper that would interfere quite continuously with our peaceful eating experience. Then our server who was actually quite nice.. started vacuuming 2 hours before closing (and apologized even though the act still continued?) I also did not get what I ordered with my gyro, which were truffle fries instead I got plain fries. Just not the quality or atmosphere we expected given the amazing pictures and reviews.

First time we came to this establishment. We didn’t have high expectations because we didn’t know anyone that had been and didn’t know what to expect.
It was delicious! We started out with the brisket fries. The brisket was delicious and the fries hit the spot!
We were all extremely happy with our orders (gyros, brisket macaroni and cheese, Cajun Alfredo with shrimp and double pig sandwich). We ordered truffle fries. Yum! Can’t wait to come back and try the burgers.

We were neither impressed or unimpressed with the food here. It was good but not as good as it could be. (i.e. truffle fries are fries with truffle salt) wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but would not steer anyone away from trying it. Service is great and atmosphere is good. Give it a try for sure!

Palate Neighborhood Bistro was a fun restaurant to try. I got the brisket mac & cheese, which was fun. I think they have a hamburger with brisket as well. I should try that next time. The server was very attentive and it has a nice atmosphere. This restaurant is definitely worth checking out.

A Quant little bistro. The food was good. I had the gyro with fries. Also had the smoked brisket sandwich. We would definitely go back again.
