This was the most awful hotel stay that we had in our lives. The bed rooms were NOT cleaned. The towels we really dirty with brown patches and smelling foul. We were too tired to run to the reception after 4 times changing keys for 2 rooms receptionist made mistakes. TV and internet was NOT working in both rooms. One was being painted while we were checking in and had to be changed due to paint smell. This was 10 30.p.m. We were really tired of a long day no phone in the room so we had to go up and down to change keys. The receptionist gave unclean rooms twice. The heaters were not working at all. We checked out early unable to fight the colossal errors the hotel had and the receptionist was not there to even entertain a complain late in the night. We just left. Please don't book this hotel if you need at least any basic service. Total scam.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I recently booked a stay for one night at this location. During the check-in process the front desk demanded keeping my drivers license for the duration of the stay which was already frustrating enough. From there we went to the room.

What we walked into was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room looked as though it had not been properly cleaned as the floor was covered in bugs and dirt, the bathroom had exposed wires and we found several bugs under the sheets on the bed. It was so horribly disgusting that we couldn't even stay there.

With no where else to go as we had already spent our money on this hotel (I use that term very loosely) we resorted to sleeping in our car. At checkout the next day for a room we never stayed in, I told the front desk woman how horrible the room is and that we couldn't even stay in it. All she said was sorry and nothing else, not even an offer for a refund for a room that was to filthy and unsafe to sleep in.

We are deeply disappointed in this experience.

If I could make this 0 stars I would. This is a horrible excuse for a hotel. Was infested with cockroaches, which staff was aware of considering they had roach bait traps under the microwaves. The bed had no fitted sheet and only one dirty towel in the room. Room was not swept or mopped beforehand. We made reservations here around 2 am after driving hours to Globe. Upon entering the room we discovered all the issues and had to leave, around 30 mins later after booking another hotel a few more miles away. No one was at the front office when we left so we had to return the keys that following morning around 11. They refused to refund our money even after explaining the situation, having photos and providing the other hotel receipt. Please find another hotel and don’t make the mistake of staying here.

I really do not want to rate even a one star. My first experience here was horrible! To begin with I checked in around 3pm. Left my stuff in the room and went to visit family. I came back by to my room at 9pm. Took my shoes, socks off. Floors are disgusting. Carpet is sticky. Turned on television. Direct TV didn't work. Was going to call front desk. There is no phone in room. I had to call from my cell phone! Lady said she was going to send maintenance. After 30 minutes. No maintenance. I started really inspecting room. Bed had been slept in and sheets and pillow cases smelled bad. Room really in disrepair. Looks nothing like photos posted online! So I called the front desk and asked for a refund. She told me to come to front desk and I would get a refund. I got to office and was told that her manager said NO. Then the 2 girls there (very immature) stated, well you were in room 6 hours and showered and used bed. I told them I had been gone from room since 3pm, after check in. So I figured I would at the least be refunded my second night, as I would not even be at the hotel. She said NO. I told her then that I would get a refund after filing a claim with Capital One under " Not provided a service as promised" They acted like they didn't even care, all over $95, really! Rooms aren't worth a $1! So you have been warned, please do not stay at this hotel.

Staff help is great. We had no towels, extra TP, only one garbage can, microwave doesn't work. CABLE is ridiculous; hardly any channels. One sheet had big burn spot. the door threshold is coming off. Heater works awesome. We had no maid service. Outlets had plates missing... One of the lamps didn't work.
All in all, the price was great and the staff was very helpful, except maid service.
I would stay here again.

Wow, did I get a good deal here. I downloaded the OYO app and since I was a first time user, I got my room for $30!! Well, I have to say my room was great. Are the 3 photos I took of the room. Very spacious, clean and quiet night of sleep. The only thing I can think of to improve may stay is my room did not have any facial tissue! Also, the sink faucet had a low flow head that made the water spray out of the sink but it was manageable. Also, the bathroom light did not turn on the next morning. I think it was a bad switch. I would pick this motel over anything else in the area.

The experience was very unsatisfying. I had called prior to my reservation to confirm that they had adjoining rooms at the hotel and booked two. I was a group in the area for a weekend event and there were several of use staying at the hotel. When we arrived I was informed that there were adjoining rooms but that the doors did not open between room. We were then asked to wait while the person behind the counter had to go to physically check rooms in the hotel to see if any were available. We were well past the 3pm check in time. While the front desk staff was checking for room my associate came to the front office to report concern for his room. It appears that the bottom sheet covering the beds had large black stains on them and they did not want to be charged for the incident. We were given our rooms and they ended up being two rooms at either end of the Hotel. Room one that I was in was okay, dusty and had a odd set up that appeared newer in some areas. The countertop outside of the bathroom was warn, warped and stained. Bathroom was okay although there appeared to be a used towel left on the hook behind the bathroom door. The other room I booked was at the East end of the hotel and did not have the newer look to it. The room was a different configuration. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub, ripped shower curtain and there were deceased roaches of all sizes in the tub and in areas of the room. One of the beds had a torn blanket/bedspread that was covered by a Red Oyo bed runner. We took pictures but were unable to load them on this review. We could not find our other associates. They had book the larger room on the property. When they arrived they were told the room was given to someone else. My associates had confirmed booking with the paid deposit. Per report they were told they would not be accommodated as there were no other rooms available and they would not be issued a refund from the hotel. They ended up leaving and staying at another hotel in the area. It was noted that these associates were a male-male couple and they felt this was a factor in the room issue although it was not confirmed. One associate checked in and had to wait two hours for their room with reports that the last guest still had not left the hotel. They attempted to check in at 2:30p. The hotel was full. It appeared to be full with many of the transitional workers at the mines that surround the town. Most had tailgate set up with barbeques and lots of grilling and some drinking during the evening. The hotel was quiet which was a plus as there was concern as the local train track runs directly behind the hotel. It was cheap, but I would pay a few more bucks to stay at a nicer, cleaner and safer hotel in the area. Not a good first impression. I will stay elsewhere in the future.
