This place is awesome! The customer service is great and very accommodating. I went in to use the HOCATT. The equipment is all new and works great. It's amazing and convenient to have such state of the art equipment in a little town like this. The building is newly remodeled and clean. No need to leave town to get the health spa experience.

If you are having health problems or just too much stress you owe it to yourself to give the hocatt machine a try. I wasn't sure what to expect with this place but i walked away feeling very impressed. The owner completely remodeled the inside of the building and did an awesome job. Hes a trustworthy down to earth guy. But what I really wanted to see was what the hocatt machine could do. The machine is packed with different technologies to help heal specific ailments and detoxify your body. For many months I am dealing with what I think is autoimmune pancreatitis and the machine can be set specifically to treat pancreatic problems. There's a long list of ailments that it can specifically target. The amount of technology packed into that machine is incredible. I've used the machine just for the first time and I wish I could say my pancreas was magically healed....I haven't seen that yet unfortunately, but i can say i walked away refreshed and a lot less stressed. The thing that surprised me most was how enjoyable it was to just experience the hocatt...its like a little personal sauna/total body health cleanse and stimulation machine. It can be set at just the intensity and temperature that you want. It was very relaxing and enjoyable and I look forward to future visits.

It definitely helped reduce or eliminate my muscle soreness if I used it right after the physical activity that caused the muscle soreness
I also feel it’s been beneficial to my overall health.
I like using the specific treatments for my specific illnesses or weaknesses

Very nice gym, kept clean and organized with nice equipment. Plus they have massage therapists and hocatt machines, along with a laundry mat. It is a fairly convenient place
