This place is absurd they make you pay to rent a room where are they going to have what they call weapons and appropriate clothing for the activity BUT you have to bring your own breakables?. Who in the right mind had this idea? Who’s gonna be carrying baskets of bottles , TVs and all of those things in the trunk of your car to bring to a Rage room and break them, makes no sense. I can easily do it at home and I don’t have to pay anything. It is absurd. If you offer an experience of this kind make it a package, it is a fraud to have the clients go and pay a fee for every single thing, including goggles, clothing, weapons, and on top of that the breakables as well. what included with the $45 you pay in advance then?

Do not go here. They're inside a flea market and hard to find. If you are late they will take your time. If you try to reschedule they'll charge you 25$. We walk past them and they said nothing to us. They offer a voucher if you don't agree but the voucher still cost $25.

Would leave zero stars if I could. We showed up, prepaid, no one was at the booth. They stole our money and claimed the reservation was for a different time, when our email clearly stated we were set for the time we arrived. Super scam, don’t come here.

Edit: To address the reply that the company made, what they said is false. We actually provided them proof of our email confirmation stating that we were at the right time and they continued to refuse to believe us. Once again, they are scammers. They actually told the bank that we did end up using the rage room and showed them the camera footage of us standing at the booth waiting for a reply, when there was no one there. HUGE SCAM.

This is not a rage place it is in a flea market. This is not a regular rage room. The pictures online look nothing like what you see in person. This is inside a flea market. If you book a group its so small only one person can go in at a time. This is nonrefundable. Not worth your money at all. The whole purpose of a group is to do it together. The lady has terrible customer service. The setup is not at all like a real rage room. BUYERS BEWARE you do not want to waste your time or money....

SCAM ALERT.

Terrible customer service. Booked on Groupon. Scammed us out of our money by refusing to book our reservation but marking our codes redeemed. Said they don’t provide items to break in Groupon. Cost is outrageous if they don’t include items in the cost. AFTER I tried resolving by calling them because they wouldn’t respond to my emails, they sent a reservation to pretend like they were doing what was right on their part.

ETA: they resort to intimidation tactics by bringing up my place of work. Then brought politics into it out of nowhere. Really shows how immature and unprofessional they are.

I absolutely recommend this place!! For complete family fun to go into the nerf room or to send your children in! I love the adrenaline rush of running around in there shooting at each other or maybe shooting my husband in the butt. Haha. Out son asks to go here every weekend to meet other kids and have fun!! Plus the owners are the most caring, fun, and extremely passionate about their business here!! Totally recommend! They even have a rage room if you want to go smash things!

Took my godson in for some stress relief lol and man, he loved it! The girl at the counter was amazing. Def recommend trying it out at least once!
