Careful getting food from the snack bar. Was there this past Saturday for a birthday party. I ordered a soda at the snack bar. The red-headed girl told me it would be 3.50. Thought it seemed steep... looked at the register screen and it looked like a soda was around 2.50, but I let it go. Handed my card to her, she swiped it, and then she asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no just to see what happened. Watched her smirk and add a tip on the card reader for herself. Immediately checked my bank to see what I was charged, and I was charged 3.61... for a 20 oz soda. I used to work the snack bar at Frontier when I was younger and would have left her a tip anyways. Stealing from your customers is one way to make sure they won't come back!

Nice historic bowling alley. Good rates: $4.25 per game since it was a weekday and $4 for shoes. Everything was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. We had a nice time!

I really enjoy how kind most of the staff is, the regular bar ladies are great and the people who bowl here are good. Great enviorment. Most problems haven't persisted past two weeks but it's still hit and miss. Food is good.

Love bowling here but this last time I was here on Sunday they were rude. We had two people on each lane and they made us condense to one so they could have more people. They said they were making everyone less than 5 people condense to one lane whether they know each other or not. Mind you, there’s currently 4 other lanes that we’re currently open and nobody were using them. My fiance asked to speak to the manager and the guy told him no he wasn’t going to get him. Then another lady started mouthing off to us. They don’t care about their customers. They care about making money. Then after bitching and complaining about condensing, we finally did and then nobody came in to take our lane.

Staff were patient and helpful. The games and shoes are inexpensive. There were a few hiccups with the scoring, although not horrible. Their Sloppy Joes are homemade and a big hit with visitors.

Soon as we walk in the two guys working were already rude and snarky. It's like it was a bother we even were there. We was trying to celebrate my husbands birthday. Then we wanted to get food and everything they had was just an excuse that they didn't have and honestly felt like they just didn't want to cook. soon as we left, all of a sudden they had stuff to make. They made us move lanes a couple times which was kinda annoying. claimed there was a birthday party, it wasn't, it was a league. We will never return, bowlero had better manners then the snobby teenagers running the place.

I’ve visited O’Fallon bowl my entire life and today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. My niece and I were able to complete 3 frames before having issues with our lane freezing. We proceeded to have to go to the front desk 5-7 times before the ONE employee working was able to come over and fix it. Bowled one half a frame and then again had another issue. Weren’t able to complete the first game peacefully and decided to not even try another before leaving and STILL being charged for a game and two shoe rentals when we couldn’t even get through one game with two people quicker than 56 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous the employee didn’t even apologize for our experience pr wave the fees.
