Well rounded gym offering a variety of classes or gym equipment for your use. I love the coaches of the classes and have had a great time trying spin, barre fusion, HIIT, and conditioning! You can even pay for personal training, which I hear is great. A great added bonus is the very attentive and positive child care available for a small extra fee and sign up for your child/ren. Friendly attendant at the front desk as you enter, the gym and restrooms are always clean—a huge shoutout to the staff for their attentive and hard work!

I’ve been to NIAC a lot growing up and enjoy working out, I normally go to my schools gym but because of winter break I just wanted to come back and get a day pass.

In short the service was ok but it took 15 mins just to make an account and by then my pre was already hitting. I should be able to come in pay, sigh a paper and get to work. To add to that I had to add my address and other personal info for just a day pass?!? This really ate into my gym time as I came later in the day before closing. They as-well had a dip machine on the second floor that was missing part of a seatbelt meaning I couldn’t go heavy on it.

My recommendation just go to snap fitness right up the street. it’s cheaper, has better parking, all the equipment you need, better gym layout, 24/7 hours, and super nice staff. I’ve been lifting for about 5 years and I am a 3 time state placer in wrestling. I know my way around a gym and I cannot recommend snap enough.

Very friendly staff and pretty much has all the equipment you need for resistance training and cardio. A big separate room for wellness class that you can use for SAQ training. And also fair price based on what they offer.

I love NIAC! The most welcoming fitness environment I’ve ever been in. The classes are so much fun. The instructors are amazing, encouraging, and knowledgable. I also love that there are no weird contracts for a membership like other gyms in the area. NIAC has great equipment as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Been a member for about 6-7 months and I am still trying new classes and finding new ways to move! 5 stars! (Also childcare and massage therapy?! How cool!)

Front desk is super helpful. They helped me feel welcome when I was terrified to go in. lol. My kids love going to kid care. Just a note for now: tanning is currently standup only. No napping for me. Thanks!

This is the best gym ever! Everyone is so supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. The instructors and staff are friendly. They always challenge you to do your best, but don't make you feel bad if you need to take a break. I've had 4 private training sessions which were awesome as well! The KidCare is staffed with moms/gym members who take excellent care of the kids for a very affordable price. Look no further!

Such a great gym and community here. I travel a lot for work and very rarely have such a good experience at other gyms. It's great that they have crossfit style classes and instructors there, but also all the classic gym elements. I never liked it that crossfit boxes make you pay $100+ per month, and then restrict the times you can go in there. I know there is a lot of red tape due to liability for that stuff, but it's just awesome you don't have to deal with any of that here. I can come in anytime I want to! There is definitely a little something for everyone here and I would highly recommend it.
