Decor was a bit, homely. Was pretty all over the place.

Think the menu should be shrunk down to cater something they excel at. I think restaurants should be places people go for specific dishes, 'the best of X' sort of deal. No one goes to a Chinese place for pizza sort of thing. This place probably could do this with the assorted pancake or bahn mi.

Had the bibimbap, assorted pancake, fruit smoothie and bulgogi beef banh mi. Liked the pancake and banh mi. The bibimbap was okay. Each of the sides around the rice were kind of bland. Like they were a bit old so the flavor became mild. Could use sharper kimchi, more sesame flavor on the bean sprouts, more acidic pickles. Thankful for the gochujaang, it sort of needed it.

The bubble teas were okay. The bubble weren't fresh so they didn't have the supple chewiness stores that special in bubble tea only strive for. I think the store tries to do too much so the quality suffers. Should just focus on a few things that are fresh.

Really I don't know what kind of store this is. Is it bubble tea? Vietnamese? Korean? Japanese?

I put in the place in my Google maps and the my car rambles on that directions to 'Ramen-Pho-Korean BBQ- Mozarella Corn dogs, #1 Pumpkin spice' etc etc. That's too much. That's not even a name.

All for expansion to cater to audiences, but you can't please everyone.

People go to bubble tea stores for good drinks, fresh tea and bubbles, not syrup and powder. People go to Korean BBQ restaurants for good Korean. And Vietnamese restaurants for good bahn mi and pho. You don't go to Chinese for pizza.

Service was quick and nice. Very friendly people persons. If the restaurant is doing great (as suggested by such high star rating and number of reviews) then great; but in my opinion, the huge menu suggests that the restaurant is trying to reach other audiences to expand business. I think it should just be a really good X store. People will go to the really good X store when they want X.

Great selection of bubble teas, especially fruit-flavored! Also, really nice that they have a sit-down eating menu. The food and drinks here have been tasty, with lovely friendly service. Great location, and the inside decor is fun and eclectic. I enjoy stopping by here every once in a while. One time, I came by as the place had closed and by chance ran into the owners. They offered me and my friend drinks even after hours, which was nice, so thank you!

The banh mi sandwiches were good. But I paid $8.00 for the steak fries and literally got like 8 fries. I called to be like what’s up with that and they said they only had “large” containers left which is why it looked like I was getting jipped…
They said they weigh out the amount of fries and it was correct. I said I was expecting a lot more fries for $8 bucks. They said they would try and give be a discount on DoorDash. Anyway, my first order. Food was ok. But for $8 bucks was expecting more than just 8 fries…

As a ramen enthusiast, I was excited to try out their offerings, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.

Firstly, the menu seemed cluttered with too many disparate options, which made me question the focus and expertise of the kitchen. I believe a restaurant excels when it specializes in perfecting a few signature dishes rather than attempting to cover a wide range of cuisines.

While the food was passable, it lacked the authenticity and depth of flavor I've come to expect from a good bowl of ramen. It's evident that the kitchen could benefit from honing their craft and concentrating on delivering consistently delicious dishes.

However, what truly marred the experience was the attitude of the staff. The lady serving us exhibited a noticeable lack of friendliness and professionalism. A warm and welcoming atmosphere can greatly enhance the dining experience, but unfortunately, her demeanor left much to be desired.

Furthermore, upon reading other negative reviews, I noticed that the owner's responses were unacceptable and unprofessional. It's concerning when a business owner fails to acknowledge valid criticism and instead reacts defensively. Constructive feedback should be embraced as an opportunity for improvement, not dismissed or met with hostility.

Overall, my visit was underwhelming. For those seeking authentic and delicious ramen, I'd recommend exploring other options in the area. With some improvements in both the quality of food and service, and a more professional approach to addressing feedback, this establishment could potentially regain its footing in the competitive dining scene.

Amazing underrated place!! Super friendly and passionate workers and cook. Menu was a bit confusing with how diverse it is - but boy was it delicious! Got the bulgogi kimbap, bulgogi rice bowl, kimchi pancakes, and a 3flavor boba with popping bubbles!! Highly recommend.

Very nice bubble tea place with lots of options and a very friendly owner. All the bubble tea is made to order and you can even choose how sweet you want it!
2024 update: we came here for dinner and loved it! Everything was freshly made and well-spiced. Yum!

Came all the way from NYC just to eat here! Extensive menu, and everything is delicious. I especially like the spring rolls (with a hunt of black pepper that makes them so good) and the Bahn mi! And more flavors and combinations of bubble tea and toppings than any other place I've seen. The owner, Su, is so sweet. You can tell she really cares about the customers and her business.
