Just had an awesome experience at NCG Cinema in Alton, IL! ? The theater is super clean, and it really makes a difference when you’re settling in for a movie. Big shoutout to Kalista, Emma and DeShaun—this crew of people are customer service rock stars! ? They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, way better than my experiences at AMC! The only thing I wish they had was IMAX, but that won’t stop me from coming back for more movie nights! Can’t wait to return! ?❤️

It was nice. Seating was nice. Recliner type of seats. You guys already know about prices for the popcorn ? and candy and drinks so we don't have to go into it. Overall it was a good date night with the wife and we enjoyed ourselves.

Had my child's birthday party here, she loved it. I loved the seating inside the theatre, most amazing spacious comfortable seats I have ever seen inside a theatre. The seats recline with a footrest and have little tables with drink holders!! There is sooo much room between the rows its astounding! The place was very clean!

I love our local movie theater. It's clean. The staff have always been friendly. The seats are excellent. It's much nicer than the Edwardsville theater. Prices are reasonable. The only complaint I have is the selection of movies. Wanted to see A Complete Unknown, they didn't get it. Wanted to see The Last Showgirl, not getting it I guess. What is the reason that they don't get the more highly anticipated/advertised movies? There was a movie they didn't get this past summer, too, but I can't remember it now. Just curious. I hope we can keep a movie theater in Alton so I plan to support it. I'd just like a better movie selection. The majority are kids' movies it seems.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the theater, and friendliness of the employees. The Tuesday pricing is great. The recliner type seating is very comfortable, and the adjustable, over the lap snack tables are very handy. The volume of the movies is just right; loud enough to hear clearly but not too loud to be comfortable. I enjoy the free refills on popcorn and drinks. My only complaint would be that the seat backs, unless reclined, are tall enough to cut off a part of the bottom of the screen for the people in the row behind.

They were out of napkins. Butter stains on the chairs & no napkins! At least they have a great selection of drinks with free refills also free refills for popcorn. There is always soda spilled on the floor & counter where the soda machines are. I do wish they would clean more. The movies have a good selection & the chairs are mostly comfortable.

Went here since it opened, but was recently turned away when we brought allergy friendly popcorn for our daughter. Something we have always done, as her diet is very limited due to her condition. We still planned to purchase our tickets, regular popcorn for the rest of the family, and beverages. Food allergies are covered under the ADA, but the worker, DeShawn, didn't seem to care about that law. Even from a moral standpoint, turning away kids excited to see a New Year Day movie takes a sad sort of human - not "management material." Took our business to AMC in Edwardsville, who was happy to accommodate. I reached out to the corporate office and have yet to hear back. Such a disappointment.

Would not allow a water cup in. Ridiculous in today’s world. Told me they have a water fountain but they did not have any cups. Only stayed because went with friends. Will not buy anything extra and will not return. Go to AMC and Marcus regularly never had an issue bringing in water. good luck staying in business. Also lady at counter was ridiculous about it.
