I inquired online about booking a date next month and received THE nicest courtesy call back from Fiona. In addition to sending me an email explaining the details, she called to let me know that the 2025 Calendar has not been released yet. What tremendous customer service! She said she expects it to be published in a week or two and would call me again so that I can book something. She also gave me the option of purchasing a gift certificate in case I wanted to give the escape room experience as a gift for Christmas. Just FABULOUS! I truly appreciated her attention and kindness. Based on that alone, I see this place as a cut above the rest!

What a fun and challenging experience! My boyfriend and I came to play after losing at another escape room place to redeem ourselves. Desk attendant is very sweet, and the game masters are very good at immersing you in the rooms. The puzzles are not too difficult to solve and the alloted hints given are very helpful. For beginners in escapism or larger groups, I recommend starting with the lighthouse room. We did their first room with 7 minutes to spare and enjoyed it so much, we came back to do the other two! I am definitely looking forward to their new room in the future, we would definitely come back!

My husband, daughter, her friend and myself went for our first escape room here today. It was super fun. The puzzles were just hard enough to get through and figure out. Between the 4 of us we figured it out with 10 minutes to spare. They made our experience really great and would deff. Like to try another one. Thank you!!!

SO much fun
Our party of 5 had a blast working on this room. Though it has many similarities to other escape rooms (we've done a small handful- so not experts by any means) there was a personalization to this one that was extra nice.
It was super challenging, and we didn't escape - but walked out wondering when we could come back! They really did a good job

My grandkids and I had so much fun. We can’t wait to do it again. This was our 2 time in a month. They have 3 different themes. We all loved Max. He made it way more fun!!

Two weeks ago I was in mystic for my bachelorette party and we had booked an escape room at mystified and were all super excited for it. Unfortunately, on the way there, I had a medical emergency on the way. We arrived early and my maid of honor went in to speak to the employee to explain the situation. We wanted to participate but given the medical emergency, would not be able to. The employee informed my MOH that we would have had to cancel 24 hrs in advance. My MOH asked if there were any other solutions as we were there on time and wanted to participate but due to a medical emergency, we’re not able to. They were fully booked for the day and did not have other times for us to come in, which we understood. However when asked if we would be able to receive a refund, we were told no but that a gift card may be possible. My MOH explained that we lived 2 and a half hours away so that wouldn’t make much sense for us but we would take what we could get. We were told to send an email and they would get back to us. They ended up not even giving us a gift card and did nothing to help us out, so unfortunately we were out the money for the escape room. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service Given we were there and wanted to participate if it weren’t for the medical issue.

The Mystic's Ritual was a great escape room for our party of 5. The room was well-made, the puzzles were satisfying, and our puzzle master did a great job setting the stage and helping us out when needed.
