Brought my 2 twin grand daughters, 8 and their sister, 11 and paid for 2 hours before we actually looked at the play area; a live and learn because there definitely isn't enough to do for 2 hours. The "ninja" course was for bigger kids because they couldn't even reach the rings to attempt the course. Was really disappointed, definitely check it out before wasting your money

We hosted our son’s 8th Birthday party at this facility. It was perfect! The female employee at the front desk handled everything with ease. The male referee in the back was very sweet to all the kids. We were able to sit back and enjoy our son’s party. We cannot thank Mountain Air enough!

I am surprised this place is still in business! The conditions of the equipment in this facility are NOT appropriate for children! Protect your children!!
I will tell you about my experience today….
I have taken my kids her in several occasions, I am the parent that jumps all over the place with my little ones.
Well today was like any other day, (at least I thought) I turned my back to my 2 year old son for not even a minute and he was underneath the trampoline pictures here!
RIDICULOUS!! I was terrified when I go ces back and could hear him screaming for “mama” underneath the area pictured below.
He was caught by the black net full of springs.
You can tell this spot has been missing springs for a while now bc of all the trash and springs on the floor!
Called one of the young boys “working” there. He goes to lift the purple protector and places it over the big open space.
“I said there are A LOT of springs missing. He replied with “there is nothing I can do, I told my boss about it but he never bought the materials to fix it.
There are obviously many parents and grandparents that take their children and grandchildren here to have fun and enjoy their experience. But I recommend you look for other places to spend quality time with your children. I am not the person to make posts like this, but this is unacceptable and ridiculous!!
Protect your babies and DO NOT go here!
You can tell by the pictures where the area is at, please be careful with your babies.
I thank God the net caught my baby or I would have been rushing him to the ER today. There are other areas in this facility that need attention but I did not stay to take more pictures.

We took our grandkids today and they had the time of their lives (the adult kids too) I recommend this fun park to anyone.

I attended a family birthday party here. It's a typical trampoline park with a nice atmosphere. They sell snowcones and other snacks and drinks. The prices are kind of high but on par with the overpriced trampoline park market.

Pros - A little smaller than the really big parks so it's easier to know where you kids are. Contrary to one other review here the equipment seems pretty safe. Clean bathrooms.

Cons - The same thing, it's a little small so there is not as much room to run around and this place got crowded quick. - the people who are supposed to be watching the kids are not very attentive. The place seems like it's run by kids. We told them there was no soap in the bathroom and they acknowledged that and never put soap in there the 2 hours we were there.

Overall it's a fun place to spend an hour or two and have a birthday party just don't have super high expectations.

Do not have a birthday party there. The employees were super nice but besides that it was not worth it. You have to pay $5 per adult that brings their child even if they aren’t jumping which is just craziness and compared to other trampoline parks this place is a joke. I definitely won’t be going back there.

Guards over the springs are lose coykd result in bad injury for the kids jumping. Place is very small for the price you have to pay. Definitely will be our last visit. Huntsville or Chattanooga is way better
