This was a challenge. There are plenty of puzzle rooms to go through. Kayla and Shante were super fun and made us feel welcome.

Great way for adults (or any one) to spend a few hours. Variety of rooms (they have 17!!), and each room offers easy/medium/hard levels. Challenges will make you think, inspire creativity, and make you realize you’re never too old to fail, pick yourself up, and try again! Friendly competition pushes you to dig deep and try things you never thought you'd try...The Sewer room taught me that!SHANTE WAS AMAZING!! She was personable, friendly, and professional. She gave us a tour of the facility before we started our adventures for the day. Would be incredible for a party – lots to do, plenty of space, even has an event area where you could set up foods/relaxing space if you need a break from the excitement. Being first time players, Shante explained everything, got us set up with our intro video, then we were on our way! The Dancing Dino team scored 1751 points! Look forward to going again – because we failed (and that’s ok!)…and need to take on more challenges! Thanks for 2 hours of incredible fun!

Thank you to all of the amazing staff!! Started off yesterday taking a tour of this place with Shante. She provided patience(with my son) and some of the best customer service I have ever received. Today we went and were taken care of by Andrew, Moe and Max what great staff that were able to give us clues for the different rooms and just great personalities. we will def be back!

We had a really fun time! There was a good mix of logical and physical challenges, and the staff was very kind and attentive, making sure to check in so that we didn’t get more frustrated with a puzzle than we wished to be. They also chatted with our group after we finished, seeking genuine feedback on our experience, and sharing some of the improvements they had already made as they discovered new and better ways for the rooms to function.
There were a fair amount of other groups playing at the same time, but we never had trouble finding an open room to try that we hadn’t tried yet, which was awesome.
Note: if you have members of the group with physical limitations, some of the rooms are difficult, requiring a fair bit of upper body strength and balance. We did not find it to be much of an issue, though, we had a room that was too difficult for one of our group and they simply sat that round out and watched us, and there were so many other rooms that it did not feel unfair, unbalanced, or like we had to leave someone out.
The two hours flew by and I would love to come back! (Though I am concerned about the replay-ability for some of the rooms, especially the puzzles, as much of the challenge for those was figuring out the concept of the room. Still confident I could find enough new things to do to still have a great time, though! Staff said they are hoping to add and change rooms out in the new year, if funds allows. I am hopeful, and excited!)
Edit: Forgot to mention that out group was four adults and one teen, and the puzzles seem to be very adjustable for all ages! There are difficulty levels you can choose in most rooms.

Celebrated kid's event here and absolutely loved the offering. It builds upon the Escape Room concept but adds a ton of variety and fun element. The young teens in our group were thoroughly entertained. There are many rooms to choose and some require just physical skills to win - throwing, running, kicking and what not. Andrew, the manager, was so helpful all along. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This place is amazing! We went to celebrate a birthday and my friend was given a card for a free cupcake at another store in the Mall. Shante was an awesome employee, 5 stars for her! She was very welcoming and really set the tone for a good time right off the bat. I will definitely be back and bringing some more friends to try it out. If you live a little far, it is worth the drive for sure. Highly recommend it!

Had my daughter’s 13th birthday party there and it was so much fun, staff was super helpful and friendly, the party room was great!! Would be fun for adults as well!! Would definitely recommend!

Took my daughter & 5 of her friends for a birthday celebration. They had a blast and the crew was great and helpful as some of the challenges might be a bit difficult for 12/13 yr olds. 2 hrs was plenty of time. I would say a group of 2-4 is ideal. 6 people was maybe a bit too much and chaotic in the smaller rooms. Will have to go back with my teen son & hubby for a family challenge evening.
