We stayed for three nights and the staff was absolutely awesome. They took incredible care of all our needs and were so nice, the best customer service I have ever had on any vacation. They even let us borrow two golf carts since no one was golfing one of the days we were there to roam around and enjoy the absolutely beautifully kept grounds which we did all day because it was so gorgeous. We stayed in the cottages which were beautiful and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area!

We exchanged our bluegreen points to coast to coast for our 9 night stay and at first we didn't think we were going to enjoy it because of the campsites being so close but the staff was so very accommodating and helped space us out so that we wasn't listening to our next door neighbors thoughts. All campsites had fairly level pads, electric, water, and sewer. Bath house was clean and nice hot water. The laundry was ok but 1 washer needed repair before we could use it and dryers worked great. Other than needing gravel put in at alot of the campsites especially at the pull thru spots so that when pulling in to park your not bogging down in red clay and rutting the campsite up. All the other guest were extremely nice. We ended up having a very nice time even with all the rain.

The golf course is in need of dire help. No grass or clumps of grass with a mix of ground stickers for greens, sand traps that are grass divots now, there is "grass" in the fairways, but it is not all the same or consistent. BUT if you want to go have fun and just practice T to Green shots it is a very delightful laid out golf course with tight fairways and nicely positioned T-boxes men and women then it is work paying the cheap price to play.

Excellent new owners. Getting the course back into shape after years of neglect and couldn't have asked for nicer people. Even helped us find my daughters phone that she dropped on the course. Will definitely be back soon.

This resort is park of coast to coast resorts. It is in the book as a premiere resort. It has a swimming pool, club house, laundry room. Some paved sites. It is advertised as a golf country club with a restaurant bar. The golf club is not open. It’s has way over grown holes, not maintained. The bar or restaurant is not open and looks like it needs some major updates as well as the pro shop.. It may have been a neat place when everything was maintained back in maybe the 60’s.The pool is nice but needs updates. No water pressure for showering. This place needs a lot of tender loving care. The little cottages on the pond look nice but I didn’t see the insides. The fire ants are so bad you cannot even sit at the picnic tables. Very bad bugs everywhere. It is not on the lake either. There really isn’t anywhere else around but a few restaurants that aren’t open daily. This resort could be really nice if everything worked and was maintained. Probably will never return! Very false advertising!

We have a time share here. In fall like now there's not really much going on. But it has a big pool, small playground, golf courses, restaurant & bar, camper parking & tiny houses. The grass is cut nice, no trash on the grounds. The 2 different ladies we ran into at gate was really nice.

Pulled in the place didn't have lights anywhere so you could see a spot, absolutely a mud hole, hook ups not in a good location and had to stand in mud to do anything. After telling staff how unimpressed I was very nicely she still charged $65!!!!! I had no service, no internet code after having spoken with Amanda earlier that day and she knew I was coming. This place is definitely not recommended and nothing like the description! We left and went to Sunrise RV not far away and had a WONDERFUL experience ?
