I was looking to purchase a Jaws Premium pinball machine from my local dealer. Unfortunately they did not have any in stock and could not tell me when Stern would start production back up. I saw that Midwest Gaming had it in stock and free shipping. Seemed too good to be true. This is the first purchase I have ever made over the internet for something that big, so I was a little nervous. Neil was extremely knowledgeable, in fact I spent more time talking with him on the phone about pins than I have in person with my local dealer. Neil was a true pleasure to deal with. I recently bought a Godzilla 70th from Neil at Midwest Gaming. I actually didn't plan on buying it yet, but Stern decided to retire the game only what seemed like a few months after it began shipping. I gave Neil a call, and he took his time to answer any questions I had. He had the game in stock, so I made the purchase on his site while we were still on the phone.
