I have had a weight problem all of my life. I have tried all of the programs out there. WW, Beachbody, Transition Weight loss, etc. Have had success in losing weight. I would not continue on with the program once I met my goal. Then all of my weight would come back on and then some. I found my self at my max weight and wasn't happy about that and now have sleep apnea and use a CPAP. I knew I needed to take charge and get my self healthy and get off the CPAP. I found Medi Weight Loss and started the program on May 30 of this year. I wish I found them sooner. They have helped me start to get healthy again. The plan is easy to follow. No counting points but journaling helps. I also learned not to beat yourself up. This is a journey and you will have your ups and downs. To this date I am down 30.4 lbs in 7 weeks. The people here are nice. You don't always have the same provider that will sit with you. Their product is very expensive and it's not for me. Between the down payment and the visit and the product I've sent over $400 and have only lost 10 pounds in six weeks . Different providers would try to come up with a plan that would work. The only thing I did not do was drink as much water as I should because I drive for living and it's not achievable! There is no guarantee so I'm out of money and I will just have to try to do it on my own. Tough trying to force yourself to eat so many protein calories a day but I did.

Michelle, Emma, Nadia and all the staff there are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, encouraging, and just amazing people to be dealing with on this journey. They make you feel like you belong and you are doing right even when you messed up on your eating that week. They make sure you know that they are there to help you on your journey and that you are doing amazing just by coming in every week and working at it. I am 31 pounds down and it has a lot to do with them being so encouraging.
