They made my wedding day go perfectly! My husband and I chose to have our wedding reception at the Masonic Temple just simply because it is a beautiful, historic venue and we wanted to our wedding guests to experience that same local historic beauty I love so much about Freeport. After our walk thru we knew it was the perfect location for us between the beautiful decor and the reasonable price, the Masonic was it! We booked with the Masonic only a couple months before our wedding and had a lot of moving parts to create the wedding we both envisioned but Eric was so friendly, easy to get a hold of and so accommodating! I am a wedding planner by profession so I am a bit nit picky when it comes to venues and vendors, but Eric and the other gentleman there went above and beyond to help translate my vision and quickly attended to any issue or question I had. Originally our ceremony was going to take place at the Krape Park bandshell but at the last minute we had a massive storm roll in which forced us to move the ceremony to the Masonic as well. The gentlemen in charge of security for our wedding helped us in every way he could to make that happen and made sure everything went smoothly. It is an absolutely beautiful location I truly could not be happier with how it all turned out!

I got married there yesterday. Dean was very helpful and friendly, but the guy watching the place during the ceremony and reception was ridiculous. He hung around the girls while they were getting ready, he lectured me 20 minutes before the biggest moment of my life and he was rude to my guests. He turned the lights off in the crystal room 10 minutes after the ceremony while we were still thanking everyone for coming, he told us we had clean up and have all of our stuff out by 11 because no one would be there the next day (which went directly against what Dean said) and he talked bad about Dean the whole time. I don't think this guy wants anything to do with the events that go on at the masonic temple. So what is he doing there?

We had our wedding reception here. We had a great time at the Masonic Temple. Jeff, the caterer, helped to make the day go super smoothly. He was easy to get a hold of, the months before the wedding, to answer any questions. And he really went the extra mile to make the day special for us. Highly recommend!

We went to the David Phelps Christian Concert herr and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Wonderful music very talented musicians and a warm, friendly atmosphere. There was humor along with an amazing artist. Would DEFINITELY return to another Christian concert here. Prices were much better than other concert facilities and people and staff were very helpful and curtiess. An evening well spent.

We were helped in as a handicap person/couple!, Thank you to the helping staff! Ohhhhh and the B52's and the Tubes rocked it!!! The night and excellent service just added to our experience.

I love the place and if you get a chance check out the entire building. The history on it is super cool. Only downside is parking is ok for small events but larger party's you might have to walk alil bit.
