TLDR: Overpriced, understaffed, decent food, not worth the time.

I want to emphasize that we had a very nice server and I tipped her well. The poor service is obviously the manager's fault as there was only one server and one bartender for the entire restaurant. There were four or five guys with headsets standing around in the kitchen seemingly doing nothing. We had never been here before, so we walked up to the hosts desk and asked what we needed to do to be seated. The background music was so loud that I couldn't hear her and there were multiple options given where none of them met our needs. Eventually we were told to see the bartender to be seated. We waited at least 15 minutes at the bar, never being greeted, while the lone bartender was visibly stressed and doing too many things at once. Eventually she told us we could sit down and a bit later the server came by. She was able to get the food ordered pretty quickly and helped me understand which option to purchase to go bowling and play the arcade. The food was good. Food for 3 was about $70. We each had a pizza. The bowling was $50 for three. $32 plus $15 for shoe rental. We went, ended up having some fun, but not interested in returning.

Went here to watch Football while kids played. I called prior to find out what games they had access to--nobody answered the phone which was frustrating. They do not have NFL ticket, so game coverage is limited. Bar area is a good setup with glass separating it from gaming area which keeps down the noise. Manager's explanation for the phone not being answered was that service desk person was sick ?--forward the phone to main desk?
Overall, once we got there service was good. Food was prompt and good--although pizza had no sauce--more like cheesy bread.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience as a newcomer here. I will indeed be back! The atmosphere was really nice and clean. Definitely felt safe germ free and not stuffy as normal arcades are. There is so much to do and choose from. Sky walks bowling laser tag and all. I purchased a 200 credit game card which lasted me about an hour for the games I chose to play. And not only were there some neat games I haven’t seen other places the FOOD was amazing. I would recommend it always 5 STARS FOR THE FOOD AND STAFF !!! We ordered drinks I had a Shirley temple which was pretty good a bit sweet an app of loaded queso and the family classic meal which included 1 large 1 topping pizza extra cost 1.50 boneless wings $2 for bone in a salad and breadsticks. Prices for about $40 originally but we got the works ? the food definitely fresh and some of the pizza and breadsticks I ever had the salad was amazing and fresh the wait wasn’t long at all and it was Sunday. My waitress hair blonde and purple IG annoyed me a bit which is why 4 stars she kept forgetting stuff and kept cutting us off just to repeat the very thing we asked for as if we didn’t just say that. No utensils napkins til halfway eating lol but overall great family fun place time out with friends or a nice place for a date night even a meeting with coworkers! Overall we spent $93 for food and gaming for 2 hours not bad at all!!

We went to Main Event Chesterfield for my son's 10th birthday. My 7 year old daughter wanted to try the Gravity Rope but she was super scared once she got up there. Gabrielle (an employee at this location) walked her through the entire course encouraging her through each area. It was amazing the way she cared about helping her overcome her fear without rushing her since my daughter was so determined to complete the course!
