I ordered a cage and mat replacement for my 16' octagon and it's been 5 + months. I finally just asked for my money back. I haven't gotten my money back, and there's no one to talk to. I'm fine if they can't give me the mat and cage replacement, but I want my money back so I can have a safe trampoline for my kids, and buy a replacement somewhere else that can fulfill the order. I would not order from them. They stole my money.

I am trying to reach this company for the last 6 months in regards to a trampoline order I placed in May. They acknowledged receipt of the order...and $1,700.00, but have not responded since then. We had a trampoline from this company for nearly 20 years, and it was great, so ordered another one when the frame rusted out. But we cannot get a response from the company. I wonder if this company is still in business?

We ordered a replacement trampoline mat and cage for our trampoline 5 months ago, and we still have no received it. Do NOT order from this company. We have asked for a refund or a shipping date over a month ago, and we have gotten neither. I would give this company a zero star review if possible. We spent over $300 for a mat we have never received and our kids have been waiting to use their trampoline for 5 months. I wish we had ordered from someone else.

AMAZING and durable trampoline. Best of all, the design makes it super safe. My kids jump daily- it’s their favorite activity. We finally have replaced the mat from our original after 7 years of daily jumping (for hours). You can find cheaper options, but they won’t last like this product. This is worth the money! Not to mention, the owner is incredible. She even let us tour the factory and see how these are made with care and attention. We will always buy from Magic Circle! It was one of the best purchases we have ever made!

This place has scammed me out of about $400. I asked for new Matt and cage for octagon trampoline and I paid the invoice. They said 4-6 weeks. It’s been over 6 months and they have stopped answering emails and phone calls and refuse to refund my money

I have now had 5 magic circle trampolines over the past 22 years and each one was used 300 plus days a year by adults and have never had one issue. Even better, they have been gracious enough to work with us to create innovative solutions for our needs. I've been training on a trampoline for 28 years and these are by far the sturdiest, safest, most long lasting backyard trampoline available. They should get 10 stars!

I have a trampoline with a cage and my kids love it. It's now about three years old and still in great condition. The mat material is durable and steel frame is sturdy.

One of the safest and most durable trampolines there is. My kids and grandkids love it theirs. All made in the U S A and very easy to order replacement parts right from the manufacturer too.
