I come here 1-2 times a week for the last several years. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend the steak fajita and shrimp quesadillas. Margaritas are a must. I’m a light weight drinker but one gets me tipsy. Waitress are always friendly and kind.

It's a sports bar that has Mexican food, the food was good, the service was slow but super nice!
Suffice to say, don't be in a hurry but I think it was worth the wait. Also, this is definitely a sports bar with Mexican food, not a traditional Mexican restaurant. If I had been there to watch a game I wouldn't have noticed slowness I'm sure, and the server was really nice, it was the amount of time it took to get the food seemed excessive? I don't normally remark on that type of thing in my reviews, but when we came in most tables had already gotten their food, and it took about a half hour before we were able to order, and then over a half hour before we got our entrees, though we did get the chips and guacamole immediately. I don't know if they had been slammed or were short-staffed and they were nice. I just need to note it for other consumers:
1. This is a bar that serves food, not a "restaurant atmosphere".
2. Was relatively slow, more like I typically experience in a sports bar where you're going to be there watching a game for quite a while so there is absolutely no rush.
Know that going in, adjust your expectations.

It’s a family owned restaurant that has been in the area for a long time. Originally it was located down the road in the old part of town, but the building burned. The food is great. Excellent service. This is the place where the locals go to eat. Family is from Jalisco and really knows their food. My family used to own a large operation with two Mexican food restaurants on the property, for over 20 years. I was involved in the day-to-day operation. This food is excellent. If you’re in the area, you must give it a try!

Their Chili Verde is super tender, and the sauce is delicious; this dish can't be beat! Beans are perfect (we order double), and they make a good chili relleno. All their food is delish!

Really wanted to like this place because the other reviews are pretty good overall. Unfortunately, they ran out of ground beef and the other option I tried to order wasn’t able to be made either. Our group got 4 orders of chilli rellenos and everyone who ate them got sick, which ruined the next day for us because no one could leave the bathrooms. Overall, not a good experience, but our server was very nice!

Very good Mexican food! It was a very busy night, and we arrived right towards the end of the last game of the world series. Still, we were seated immediately, and the service was super fast and friendly. Our server was an absolute joy. If we lived here, this would be our regular haunt.
