Website is junky. It's not showing all my previous orders. When I ordered a yearbook, a pop-up appeared that said this order already placed under this email. Press here for that email order confirmation. So I click it. But no email comes. So I go to my account. It's not there under my orders. So I look back in February I already ordered a yearbook. So why are they hounding me to order another? So I did forgetting I already ordered. Now I can't get someone to refund my order

I can take better pictures with my phone. My daughter likes to participate in picture day but it has been four consecutive years of disappointment. I'm not wasting money on pictures from Lifetouch anymore. I'll just take her to have professional pictures done instead.

Why did you write your logo on the school photos I ordered? This was not in the proof I reviewed, nor do I recall seeing a disclosure about it (not that i would be looking for it). It's tacky. I hope schools read this review and go elsewhere for school photos.

Horrible customer service. The wait time for customer is unreasonable. The operators/agents are rude and play games. I expected more from LifeTouch. Highly recommend not to pay online, there’s a chance your child picture will not be taken. I would not recommend or suggest LifeTouch to anyone

Lifetouch did my daughter's preschool photos. I received the proofs and there was two different backdrops. One was wrinkled all over and the 2nd (formal headshot one) had dirty black marks on it. I was told by customer support to pay for a retouching fee and then they'd reimburse me for it! First off this is nothing on my end. What sloppy business supplies something like this. I'm a photographer myself and would be beyond embarrassed. This business will never see a penny from me with this garbage quality they provide.

I'm not sure which location lifetouch assistant my son's school but we live in Clinton township. But the moral of the story is my son took school pictures 3 years ago and I was unable to purchase them at the time .I called lifetouch today gave them my information to try and see If they help me see if they can retrieve his photos.. THEY DID!!!! I was able to purchase my son's pictures today I literally cried on the phone with this lady, she was extremely helpful and sweet. These pictures were so adorable and I thought they were lost forever.. I was unable to purchase them back in that time when he did take them but now that he's in the first grade I kept wishing I had his previous photos that he took in preschool. My heart is overjoyed and I couldn't ask for a better experience thank you so much for taking out the time to help me and I also want to thank the company for keeping a record and not destroying unwanted pictures.. this company rocks by the simple fact that I was able to retrieve something that I thought I lost years ago. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Not only were the pictures absolutely horrible, they didn’t even try to get a good pose or smile or anything. I waited weeks for these subpar photos but they sent them to the wrong school. I live in Michigan they sent them to some school in Chicago. When I called and told them this they said they could resend them but it would take another 6 weeks. I asked for a refund they said it would take 3-4 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager and said that it was unacceptable that a refund for pics would take 3-4 weeks. Especially when they messed up. If you have the option find another company cause this one is HORRIBLE!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Let’s begin shall we?
In February of 2020 my church had LT come and take directory photos. It was all on one order, with my husband and I, my parents, and my brother and his wife. We paid and the debit card we used was mine which did not have enough $ on it. So they sent an email, which we responded to but they didn’t message us until May 2020. We paid the amount and was told we would receive our photos within the next couple of months. Well as you can imagine, that never happened. We reached out EIGHT times via email because they stated with Covid there weren’t enough employees. Okay fair enough. But still, NO PHOTOS. My parents then told me that they received pictures that THEY ordered three times because they kept sending them theirs instead of ours. So today I call and ask about getting pictures or at the very least, a refund. Absolutely refuses to give us anything, says the church department is gone and can’t retrieve database/information regarding the church database. Never got our pictures and refused a refund. Will NEVER spend another cent there and will forever tell everyone how horrible of a company they are, and the fact that they just get rid of departments and if you have a problem they say f you.
