This place is trash. Half the advertised attractions are always broken. Games are broken. Kids are out of control. The facility is dirty and falling apart. Poorly maintained.
List of safety concerns including poor barricades for off limit areas and food safety protocols. Needs to be shut down.

WOW, this place has gone downhill so bad! They used to have a lot of things for kids to do. Now the climbing wall is out of order and there is a big pit that the kids can fall in right by the broke down climbing wall. All of the video games are gone. Their is some type of insulation falling out of the ceiling in several spots and that can not be good for kids. This place is just trampolines now and thats about it. Oh, and if you're the owner, maybe you should tell the fat guy who works there to trying putting on shoes and washing his nasty feet and maybe, if it isnt to much to ask, have him trim those caveman toenails and take a shower too.... thats just gross. Have some pride in your business and have your staff have some pride in themselves. Its amazing that the guy couldn't even put on shoes to come to work.

Don’t go here! Most of the stuff here is broken. We went and asked for a cup of water and they charged us $1.50 and then proceeded to fill our cups from the sink and said refills are $.75 what an absolute disgusting place to be

Great for the price, just wish it were a little bigger with a few more attractions. I took my boys here for my son's birthday and they loved it. Also, I understand there are a lot of COVID precautions, but a variety of snacks would've made it even better. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

This place has really gone downhill and is not being well taken care of. $35 and that's with already having socks to go into an entertainment center that's no longer entertaining. There are six activities to do here, two of which are not currently functional. The video games are all out of order. There are only three balls left to play dodgeball. There's only one person manning the desk, with probably about 30 or 40 customers here. I'm not sure I'll ever be coming back. Sky zone is much better taken care of.

The people running this park are doing a EXCELLENT JOB. We had our birthday party there and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! The facility is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Nothing was broken, out of order, or ripped. We will be back every chance we get. Thank you Leap for making our pandemic birthday better than we hoped it could be! You guys are the best.
