We had a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone. We are on vacation and loved the lanes, experience and phenomenal customer service. 5 star experience for sure.

This place looks amazing! They have bowling lanes, Lazer tag, arcade games, video games, and prize games, and a full bar and grill. It's gonna be fun for the whole family!

The prices are too high for the area that is located and they demand top dollar for bowling and the arcade and they're not in a high priority area.
You cannot bring in any food from an outside vendor for any birthday party, so you are forced to buy their frozen food back there in the kitchen and they don't have a chef. Most likely the person that's running the kitchen is not serve safe, train or certified!
I do not reckon I do not recommend this location for family fun

This place was empty when I rolled up, I was like heck yeah I got this place all to myself until about 5 minutes after I paid and realize this place is a complete waste of money
First off 20% of the games are turned off and 20% of them take your money. I can't even fathom the amount of cash that was wasted here trying to play broken games. The bar was extremely overpriced. The location reeked of fart. We actually chose not to order food based on the quality of everything else. The bowling pins are held up by rope

This was pretty cool. We got drinks and ate first. I had the mushroom burger with fries and it was very fresh and hot. I got the parrot something drink, I like fruity stuff, and it was delicious.
We bowled one game and had a shot of liquor during the game so I won!
It was Mexican party night so they had a live band set up and dancing floor open for them so that was pretty cool. The game room didn't seem like it was a lot to it was bowling was cool. I'd go back for another round.

this was our first time here. It’s NOT kid friendly on a Friday night apparently… I’m 36 weeks pregnant. We have a 5 year old. We JUST wanted to have a relaxing family evening. The only people who made the experience worth anything, was the kind gentleman who helped us at the front desk. And the kind gentleman who is a bartender. I didn’t catch either of their names. Both of them are very very sweet. But unfortunately when we got there, there was vulgar music playing (loud) music I would NEVER let my 5 year old hear… but I chose to ignore it. We already paid for games. (Not all the games work.) we get done playing games. The nice guy at the front helps us by reserving the bowling lane for us. Tells me that there will be some “famous band” playing there around 9pm. I was excited. To hear them. Had no idea who the band was though. We ordered food (it took a while to come. I tried not to let it ruin my night but I hadn’t eaten anything since 12pm so waiting for our food for 30+ mins sucked because I’m 36 weeks pregnant.) again, the SWEET bartender (wish I knew his name) he brought us our food as quick as he could (he was very busy) … as we are bowling the music playing on the loud speakers was extremely inappropriate for my 5 year old, still. But I again ignored it. Until the “famous band” pulled up in their fancy van with their MULTIPLE security guards who kept the van parked right outside the front door… with their security guards EVERYWHERE… (standing by the door) and policemen also inhabited the inside of the building. 3 police officers that I could count. The moment the band started playing their music… they turned the other music off and let the band play. But when I tell you it was SO LOUD I couldn’t speak to the person next to me. My toddler immediately starts covering his ears. And I could feel my unborn baby jumping because I’m 36 weeks pregnant. My baby is fully developed. His ears are fully developed. The music was scaring my 5 year old AND my unborn child. My own ears were ringing at how loud they had this band music playing. You had to walk right by the music speakers to get into the bowling area. Our food had finally just came out. I finally started to eat something (at this point feeling like I may pass out my blood sugar was getting low. Which is my fault because I hadn’t eaten all day) then as I started eating… this band is playing their music SO LOUD that i immediately wanted to get my toddler out of the building. It wasn’t kid friendly. None of it. It wasn’t pregnant lady friendly. There was a lot of people surrounding us who made me feel creeped out. The amount of “security guards” or whatever they were… who were standing outside of this fancy van, at the front door. Escorting the band.. they made me feel uneasy. Everyone of them was standing in my way as I put my 5 year old on my hip and carried him out quickly because the loud music ruined our night. Not only did I want any damage to my own ear drums but i definitely didn’t want to make my unborn baby’s ears damaged (he can hear everything I’m very far in pregnancy.) and I also have chronic tinnitus myself with acute hearing loss. I can’t be around loud music or environments. I typically wouldn’t complain about things like this. But this place isn’t a concert hall. This is a bowling alley/arcade. This is a place that parents should comfortably be able to bring their kids and families. Or at least that’s what I thought. But if you are looking for more of a place for drinking, blowing your ear drums because of how loud they keep their music, a questionable crowd, cops surrounding you… this is the place for that. Not a place for kids or families (not on a Friday night at least.) we learned our lesson today. I have a migraine now. We left in the middle of our bowling game, so we didn’t get our moneys worth. I wasn’t willing to sit there and let my 5 year old hold his ears closed… and I wasn’t willing to RISK what it possibly could’ve been doing to my unborn baby’s developing ears, in the womb.

I felt Lanes N’ Games has potential but was missing a lot of what people enjoy about the arcade experience.

My friend and I did not check out the lazer tag or bowling this trip so I am not writing my review on those at this time. The bowling area I could see was about half the size of Strikezone and offers cosmic bowling but we did not experience that during our visit.

We spent our time in the arcade. There were a handful of fun games all in basically new condition. Many of the games were similar to the ones next to it so there was very little variety in the types of games available. I felt that it lacked many of the traditional arcade games and leaned more towards the video game experience one could find at home.

The lighting and the flooring felt very much like a grocery store and did not bring back that feeling of nostalgia one expects from an arcade. I don’t know if the lighting is different on a weekend vs a weekday but we visited on a Tuesday evening.

The pool tables were in good condition but needed lights above them and fresh chalk. The taped cords on the floor did not offer stable footing when trying to set up a shot.

The environment felt very family friendly and relaxing. I would have enjoyed more up beat music as I felt the music playing lulled me to sleep. The TV’s were playing Family Feud which was off-putting for the environment.

I did enjoy the reloadable cards to keep track of credits and earned tickets. It saved on paper and one didn’t have to worry about losing tickets walking around the arcade. We were able to save our cards and tickets to collect over future visits. Fortunately, the tickets on the cards do not expire as long as Lanes N’ Games remains in business.

The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and personable. They answered all of our questions very politely and explained their attractions well.

I am looking forward to giving this place another shot with a larger group of people so we can take advantage of the bowling, laser tag, and full bar available. With Lanes n’ Games competing against well-known Strike Zone and the uniqueness of Flip Zone, they have potential but they have their work cut out for them. I am hoping to see them step up their game as they grow and develop.
