Great food with a great view! Highly recommend trying out the new menu they have. Everything we've tried so far was amazing. Shrimp Alfredo was so good, the sauce is the best I've ever tasted. Could have used a bit more bacon on the potato skins, but they were still really good. The cake was insanely rich, but good.

This was our first time visiting after the ownership change and we absolutely LOVED it! The menu has more items that are made in house and the food was wonderful quality. Our waitress was super sweet and very honest about her favorites. We had the corn ribs, cheese curds, shrimp with loaded mashed potatoes, and the battered cod. The cheese curds and cod reminded us of our time in Wisconsin and were delicious. I was excited for the corn ribs were nice and crispy yet not dried out! Overall the food was great, the people were great, and their iced tea was perfect! Reasonably priced and an overall wonderful experience!

I can't put into words how much I loved this restaurant. We came upon it by chance in the late afternoon and decided to have supper there. We sat on the deck and watched the sunset while the lake sparkled. Once the sun went down.. the moon took over and our view of the glass-like lake was phenomenal. The relaxing ambiance of the outdoor deck overlooking the lake was perfect.
As for the food... it was delicious. We were so impressed with the service (they were so nice to us). I can't say enough about how much we loved this little gem of a restaurant!

We will definitely be back!

Finally visiting after the new owners took over. Reservations are strongly suggested due to short staffing.

Our service was excellent even though it took longer. Those ladies were doing everything from hostess, waitress to bussing tables and we have no complaints.

The burger I ordered was cooked to perfection and the house chips were some of the best I've ever had. My wife got the shrimp and it looked amazing. She said it tasted great! I highly suggest their onion rings as well.

If the weather permits, try to sit outside next to the water. Absolutely beautiful view.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is the chairs outside are not comfortable at the regular tables and your only other choice is pub height chairs, which I dislike as well.

I ordered the steak and the menu says it's a New York Strip but it was clearly a Ribeye, (not complaining there) ordered medium rare and was served medium. Baked potato and salad was good. Service was horrible, I had to ask for a steak knife, was never checked on or offered a drink refill when my glass had been sitting empty for quite some time and had to ask for the bill.

I made a reservation for eight people in February for 5:00 pm tonight. (5/17/24) When we arrived and I asked to sit outside the assistance manager said she already had our table ready and they were supposed to have asked me when I made my reservation to sit outside. I was never asked and all she said was sorry. By having our table ready she had menu's on a table that seated eight. All the while we ate inside there were only three tables occupied outside and the weather was absolutely gorgeous To make it worse when we were leaving they pushed tables together for another party that was not even there yet. The food is just OK. Nothing special. My son graduated from ATSU and this was the one spot he wanted to eat at. New management and a different menu. He was so looking forward to Taco's that were no longer offered. He was disappointed by both the VERY poor seating with such long notice and the change in menu. My daughter was apologizing to the other guest for our grand-daughter making to much noise. This could of been avoided if we could of sat on the deck in a more relaxed setting. Definitely will not go back or recommend this establishment.

We went here on two separate occasions. On a Friday night we stopped in for a dessert, had the raspberry cheesecake and were blown away at how delicious that cheesecake was. Five stars plus.
Saturday night we had dinner. First up we had the Potato Skins, and let me tell you that they knocked it out of the park. They had Cholula AND Tabasco (our favorites, respectively) for the skins and that just put the appetizer over the top.
We didn't order dinner until after the app, and the blackened catfish & "country" fried chicken were worth the wait. The catfish was perfectly blackened and cooked to perfection. She also had a baked potato which was awesome reheated the next day (it was too much for dinner).
Now, I was worried about the fried chicken breast because everyone knows that there is a difference between "country" and "chicken" fried. IYKYK. Well, the menu was mislabeled, because that dish was country fried and tender. The white gravy was savory and perfectly peppered. The french fries were standard fare, but were properly fried which made the whole dish sing.
This place should be packed all weekend and most weekdays, because they are definitely cooking some food that is worth every penny they charge.
