This place was AWESOME!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by their friendly staff who made sure we were helped immediately. Once we went to our lane, the general manager came over to make sure everything was going smoothly and even cheered me on as I antagonize my husband with some friendly trash talk. Over all, I really enjoyed myself. Oh, I almost forgot the price was very affordable. I give them two thumbs up.

Had reservations yesterday with a group from my church. We had reservations for four o’clock. I asked the cashier if she could tell me what we needed to get started. She told me that we had to have at least 10 to be put on a lane. We had seven. We waited forty five minutes and, was still unable to bowl. So, we left the bowling alley to eat dinner at the Bistro where we the hostess had the most pleasant attitude, she even allowed and helped us to put a few tables together and place a table cloth on the table with decorations. But once we reached the line to order our food, the young lady that takes the order had the most horrible attitude ever, not to mention a lot of the food that we wanted to order was not available, so, we left and went to Longhorn where we had exceptional service.

I don’t understand why we were not allowed to bowl with less than ten people. What if my husband and I wanted to bowl Aa a couple? What if I wanted to bowl alone? Is that not allowed? The cashier never even tried to accommodate us as a group of seven. I can only speak for my husband and I. We will not be returning to Kingpin Bowling on Lenox Avenue.

They had an awesome young mature staff here. Alex was awesome he worked both check in counter and the pro-shop. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Music was decent. Clean well maintained. They had 2 areas to bowl. Great selection of food and prices for anyone. I love how organized they were with their bowling balls. They also had an arcade. Its inside of a shopping center. I would DEFINITELY come back with friends and family! They also have military discounts! Dont sleep on this HIDDEN GEM! It's worth the ride. 1hr lane rental is only $22 on a weekend! Wow!

I visited this place with Brooks rehab and it was fun. I seldom go to this bowling place but the next time it's available through Brooks I'll go there it's that enjoyable
