I really don’t play a lot of golf because I’m disabled. I use to love going to this course to hit range balls! May me feel alive! I went to the course this past Sunday to do just that. The range is so far from the parking area with my disability there’s no way I can carry my clubs that far. In the past (I will say 3 years ago) they was always so gracious to over a cart! Because it has been a few years I asked about using a cart and was turned down! Then I offer to rent a cart, their response was we don’t aloue our carts to be used for the range. My experience with people like this is in my opinion is they don’t need people like me business! So I can tell you! I don’t need their course!!! Please back disabled people and avoid this course at all coast

Showed up at 7:45 this morning to play a round of golf with friends. Our friend got to the course a few minutes earlier and got a cart. When I went inside to pay, the cashier took my card. Before she swiped it the manager walked up and whispered in her ear and she gave me my card back and told me I was not allowed to play. I have golfed here since 2015 and this is the only time I’ve ever been asked to leave. My friends and I are never coming back here and I recommend the same to everyone else. They do not take tee times and they will tell you to go home for no reason. Terrible management.

They told two of my friends they can’t play there because their hair is too long. The guys have been playing there since 2015 and suddenly long hair is an issue? Tons of better spots in Dothan to golf.

Would give a zero stars if possible. My best friend and his brother were just turned away due to having long hair. He has been golfing at this course since 2015 and I occasionally would ride in to play with him. Save your money and the possible heartache of being turned away for something even worse like the color of your shirt or your hair being too short.

Absolute worst customer service! They are not people friendly and charge you a full round even if your wife wants to ride along. They refuse players if their hair is too long and beards are not trimmed to what they think is acceptable. Just go to Dothan National or RTJ. They act like they have a PGA club house and course, but have the fairways and greens of somebody’s backyard in a hay field. Just save your business and go anywhere else.

They only got 1 star because zero is not an option. I have never seen a golf course refuse business like they do. 5 golfers and my 85 year old Dad wants to ride with one of them. Nope. Wouldn’t let him because he didn’t have golf clubs, even when he offered to pay full price just to ride. Today, we had 6 golfers. Two groups of three. Nope not allowed. Told us to leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS COURSE. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE.

Told two of my friends they can’t play there because their hair is too long. It’s 2024. They don’t answer the phone, there are no tee times, they will not allow more then a group of 4 unless it’s this random group of Dothan Elite who are able to play in a group of 16 and are allowed to kick people off the course. Everyday the owners wake up and ask themselves “how can we make this golf course even worse” then they make a new obligatory rule and succeed.

I got banned this morning by the owner for asking for a refund back in 2020. I was waiting to tee off as there was a group of guys ahead of me. The tiny owner proceeded to be aggressive and fight the group in front of me. I had my two 5 year old twins with me and I explained to them that golf is not this way so I asked for a refund. Keep in mind I had nothing to do with the altercation. I just didn't like how the owner conducted bussiness. Fast forward to today I get banned for asking for refund in 2020. I never wish bad things on anyone but I hope this place goes under. I went to Dothan National where there was no parking it was so busy. It's good to see a bussiness enjoying commerce. Saturday morning and there's 6 cars at trashabout. 3 of which are employees. Place is being run by trash and their reputation is shot. Go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.
