I’ve been here with my kids and it’s a fun time. I don’t ever leave them with these strangers and seeing all these reviews/complaints shows a lot about the staff AND the parents. Wake up people this is inside a casino, it’s not like an actual daycare. Don’t leave your kids here to go out for a little shopping. Besides all that- it’s a good time when you’re supervising your own kids 🙂

My son is 2 years old and, he had so much fun here. My husband and I went to pick him up after 3 hours and, he didn't want to leave. I noticed he had a wet diaper and the girl at the front desk told me she would change him, she did and we had NO PROBLEMS at all. I recommend Kids Quest for an adult night out if you don't have a babysitter.

if i could leave 0 star i would. you pay a lot for your little one to stay and play and they is no one looking after them. I let my son there and he came out hurt by some girl bigger than him at the boys bathroom. bottom line what is a girl doing at the boys bathroom and no one see what's happening

The employee with short blue hair was extremely rude to my 6 year old son. snapped at him twice about not having enough tickets for a prize when in fact he had more then enough. She started off by telling him to save his tickets before he even had a chance to look. Then he picks a prize, she yells at him again that he doesn’t have enough so I finally snapped and her and said yes, he does! she looked at me, then the prize, then back at me and says oh sorry I thought he wanted something else. So you’re yelling at him before you’re even sure what he wanted? if I don’t talk to my child that way, some employee at an arcade sure isn’t going to either. very disappointed.

That's absolutely true that's not for younger kids. My kid got hurt and feeling bad when coming out.
And obviously two lanes for drop off and pick up. When waiting for dropping off kids I saw others parents picking up their kids and I have to wait them.When I picked up I lined up at the pick up place and there was also other parent in front of me. When I got my turn she asked me "Are you in line and showing drop off lane". What a such weird question. I was in the pick up line. That front desk gave some hard time and has bad attitude.

I wish I had read the reviews before leaving my 4, 9, and 12 year old there. Let me start by saying they wouldn't let my twelve year old keep her phone in case she felt she wanted to be picked up or didn't feel they were safe there. Second, they wouldn't let my 12 year old hug her 4 year old sister or hold her. My 9 year old said there was a kid throwing up everywhere. My 4 year old was upset at pick up. She said it was not fun and a lady kept coming to her face, and all of the other kids face to scream, no running. Is this not a place for little ones to play? I had my daughter show the manager at the front desk who the lady was that was screaming in her face. All she said was she'd talk to her. It is a 1 to 10 ratio, and all the staff have bad attitudes. If you want to have a good night out and know your kids are safe and happy, hire a babysitter and leave them home. I am glad my gut told me something and I didn't leave them too long.
