Kids Empire is a fantastic destination for families, and my kids—an 18-month-old and an 8-year-old—absolutely love it! It’s the perfect spot to keep them entertained, especially on days when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

We recently hosted a birthday party there, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Whenever we encountered any issues, team members quickly jumped in to assist, making us feel supported every step of the way.

Overall, Kids Empire is a wonderful place for children to play and celebrate special occasions. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun and safe environment for their kids!

Not being able to bring our own food/snack or drink makes this place seem like they need every penny!! $1.25 for a tiny snack? Cmon. On the other hand It’s $20 a kid which seemed reasonable because they only lasted 2 to 3 hours. That’s about the same as a babysitter. Be aware of kid parties going on can make it seem crowded. They charge extra for electric mini cycles and crane games.

The Worst Experience Ever

Today is Veterans Day, a day when schools are closed and families have the chance to relax and enjoy time together. However, I found myself at a kids' entertainment venue that turned out to be far from enjoyable. Although the place was open for business, I was shocked to discover that the restrooms were completely out of service—not just for a few hours, but for the entire day.

How could a facility catering to children overlook such a basic necessity? It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for everyone there. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never return.

Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. We went today on NYE and had an awesome time with minimal crowds. My 3 year old had an absolute blast. It’s very reasonably priced - $20 for one kid and two free adults. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were very kind and got us checked in quickly. The main play structure is massive and has every kind of obstacle a kid would want. I even had a great time chasing my son through it. Yes the electric bike things cost extra but you can get like 10 rides for $10. I’m glad they charge for them because that gives everyone a turn. If they were free they would be monopolized by the bigger kids.

Regarding the negative reviews, both bathrooms were open and very clean. And no you cannot bring your own food but they have plenty of reasonably priced snacks available. It’s a business that has to make money somehow and this place is very affordable for what you get.

I find it entirely rediculous that they will not allow adults to bring in a coffee to sit at one of the tables. But it perfectly fine as long as they make money to sell soda and juices behind the counter. The appeal of this place is to go let the kids run around and not bother you, so you can relax. I spent $40 for my kids to run around, and I just want to drink my coffee and sit in silence. Owner of this place must not be too bright. Won’t be coming back.

These negative reviews surprise me! I've never been to such a clean, kind-staffed indoor play gym. Even the ceiling is largely dust-free! The equipment has very little wear, and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Most of the large play area is sized for an average adult, too, which is always a plus.

I was asked to put my coffee into a sealed tumbler, which I completely understand. Places like this really get abused if they have an unrestricted bring-your-own-anything policy. I even offered to pay for one of their coffees (but still keep my own), but they declined, simply asking I put it in a sealed container. Super polite.

The snacks aren't the healthiest, but you can leave and come back as long as it's during the same day. They have lockers, a waterbottle refill station, and clean, sizeable washrooms.

Great time. Huge soft play area. Multiple large and fast slides. Bumper cars and a dance party with a dragon. Went for a birthday party, had a great time. Need more adult snacks however but they do have bottle Starbucks drinks. No cash, plastic only.
