This place was really fun! Had lots of different things to do! You can deff bring children of all ages here. Price was excellent. It had a toddler zone for smaller kids. It also had a cute little dance room for the kids LOTS of seating. Little non peddle bikes to ride around. Also these super cool motorized bumper bikes. That did cost “flames” I included price of flames. Really fun and very big lots to do

This place is great! I love how the Fun City Adventure Park place next door will be entirely busy but at Kids Empire, you virtually have the whole place to yourself! The associates are so kind and friendly, especially Hailey. I’m surprised that there is so much to do at Kids Empire yet it seems to be a best-kept secret to the people who flock to Fun City Adventure Park! I had an amazing time with my kids on Sunday and we will absolutely be back.

It had separate toddler area and Our 22month old had a nice playtime here, we took a pass for one day , one advantage is that its an all day pass so we went back home for afternoon nap and again came in the evening for playtime. Overall it was a good experience.

This place was so much fun! We went on a Friday evening and it was barely anyone in there, just how we like it. Both my kids (4 and 1 y/o) had a blast. My daughter favorite part was the party room, the lights and the music was so much fun! The price was reasonable, and we bought a gift card to ride the sit on motorcycles so worth it. There is no outside food but kids can bring sippy cups and adults Stanley or personal water bottles. You do not have to buy socks you can wear your own socks! Oh and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Such a fun place! Keeps kids busy for hours. Lots of space, lockers for your shoes (never came across another play place that has this incredible feature) and very clean facilities. Pretty affordable and they even sell a punch card where you can get 10 visits for the price of 8.

We went here for the first time recently and it was great! The place is very clean and well maintained. I went on a weekday and it was not crowded at all.

The only drawback is that outside food is not allowed which makes it difficult if you are there during mealtimes.

We went during lunchtime and I bought my toddler a snack box and she was ok with it but didn’t eat much.

Overall it is a great place and I would definitely recommend for a rainy day outing. Just plan your visit around mealtimes.

My daughter had the most amazing time! The staff was knowledgeable friendly and so helpful. This is exactly what we need in the area a fun CLEAN family friendly play place. My daughter had fun and the set up makes it easy to be able to see her from the tables or to go and climb with her!

I had a very bad experience at the location in Bear, Delaware today. I visited with two friends whose children are 14 months and 11 months. We had an issue when filling out the safety waivers. After filling out the waiver the staff member said that it kept coming up on their computer that my daughter was 1 years old even though she is not, so I would have to pay the price for that age. She is 11 months so it should be free for her to enter. So she asked me to fill it out again. I filled it out four times total including one time on my phone, & it still did not work. When we asked to speak to the manager to see what we can do to fix this she came out with an attitude and simply said we would have to fill out the waiver again and she didn't know what was wrong. Then as she was walking away she made a comment saying "I don't have the patience for this".

That is extremely unprofessional especially when working in a place with children, where you have to have patience. After that we decided to get a refund for my one friend who had been there before and did not have an issue with the waiver and it took 20 minutes before the staff member told us that they were trying to contact customer support through their phone and were not having any luck. We were there for an hour total dealing with this and our three babies did not get to play at all.

Extremely disappointed with management at this location. The manager did not come out at all after speaking with her the first time. She kept sending her staff members back giving us answers and responses that did not make sense. Not sure why she was not able to come out and speak with us herself as that is what managers are supposed to do. When we asked what her name was the staff members acted very strange and did not want to give her name and said they weren't sure. Do not recommend this location.
