This place highly exceeded our expectations! Was definitely worth it there are even some things that the adults are allowed on as well. I really appreciated that the staff are consistently cleaning it helps keep the location running smoothly and safely. Note that if you’re an adult you have to wear socks, kids can go barefoot or have grip socks. Lockers for your belongings so you don’t have to worry about watching them. A lot of the games are shorter for kids which is nice because all ages can play. There is a really nice play area for smaller kids and even a toddler area for 5 and under. It looks like they even host parties because there are 3 different party rooms. Lots of message chairs for the adults and bean bags to sit on. There’s even a big screen playing football games in the back. This place was very well thought out for both kids and adults.

Went here today and my kids had an absolute blast. The facility was very clean and had a ton of stuff to keep them entertained and busy. Overall I think I'll be back!

Amazing Birthday Experience at Kid’s City!

I recently celebrated my son birthday at Kid’s City, Kapolei and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, making the day stress-free for us and full of excitement for the kids.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, guiding the children through the different play areas with such enthusiasm. The variety of activities is incredible – from climbing walls and obstacle courses to imaginative play zones – every child was engaged and having a blast.

The party room was bright and colorful, and they went above and beyond helping me at the decorations and setup.

My child and their friends couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. If you’re looking for a place that offers non-stop fun, energy, and great service, Kid’s City is the perfect spot for an unforgettable birthday party. Highly recommend it!

We had our daughter's first birthday on a Saturday morning. Johan worked with us as the coordinator. She was really organized and helpful. You want that cause having a party is stressful. Johana and her team helped us bring our party stuff and set up the night before. They helped breakdown and clean up. Mascots, vendor recommendations, or bring your own vendor.

The facility is great. Clean bathrooms with changing stations and wipes. Staff to assist with the party and clean up. AC!

In truth, I wanted to play too. If I could I would have my kids' birthday parties there every year. Totally worth the price. Wear grip socks!

Indoor playground. Mixture of creative play and physical play area with slides, ball pit, floor trampoline, sponge pit.
Loads of fun for all ages!!
Extremely clean and organized. Employees on hand in every play area.

Having taken my daughter to many play zones around the US, this is one of the best.
Friendly staff, clean environment and a great family friendly vibe all around.
The different games and various playground equipment is the most fun I’ve seen. Thank you for such a great space.

Oh my goodness! The new Kapolei location is fantastic! My daughter has been begging for me to take her there and when we finally went, I thought why did I wait so long to take her....this place is great for her and for me too (love the massage chairs)! It's spacious and unique on how everything is organized in its own space. The party rooms you can reserve are AMAZING! I love seeing families utilize the space to make it their own for their child's celebration. I could go on and on. My daughter, Rangatira, consistently asks to go.....in fact, her school is doing an end of the year celebration at Kids City Kapolei and I am ecstatic for her to be back with her classmates. This place hit all the buttons on making sure the whole family enjoys their time at Kids City Kapolei. ?
