We use this as a halfway point for meeting. The service was amazing. Chrissy was great. The food was great. Was nothing but greatness. Try the pineapple upside-down cake it was amazing. Well be back.

Huge Sunday rush, but overall, the servers did great! The brisket was cooked perfectly, moist & tasty with a perfect smoke ring. The slaw had a good, sweet & tangy creamy dressing that complimented the rich bbq. The home fried taters & onions were perfect: crispy tater with tebder & sweet onion! Fried green maters were tart & crispy as they should be. Smoked wings were well seasoned. We were pleasantly surprised.

Really good, bbq. It's better than we've had recently at another place. Nice waitress. The dry rub reminds me of strawberry's. They got an A+ from my family.

This the 3rd in the last few years I tried this place and all three time is disappointing. All three time it ve tried the 20 oz. pork steak. We ordered and picked it up this time, they are missing 14 ounces of the 20 oz. you pay for. And very dry, too dry to eat. They green beans and cucumber salad were decent but the pork steak went to the trash. I’ll never go there again. You can see in the picture that pork steak is not 20oz. it should not fit crops the container like that. Very poor business.

Great food, large portions and fair prices!

My son and I went on a Thursday afternoon and enjoyed the friendly service and fresh food. I recommend the brisket sandwich and potato salad. The okra and fried potatoes are also delicious. The fried corn wasn't my favorite thing, but it was better with some bbq sauce on top.

Visiting the area for the night and thought i would see who had the best BBQ based on google ratings. The person working take out was very friendly and helpful. I think I may have misunderstood what type of restaurant this is though. Being that I am not from the area I wanted BBQ which to me means meat grilled in an open pit until tender then sauce added. What I got was smoked meat with sauce on the side. The ribs were a dull reddish color and looked smoked. They were coated with some kind of paprika or chili powder (which to me did not help add flavor at all). Also the ribs had no grill marks at all which made me question how they were prepared. I was looking for BBQ/grilled meat, what I got was smoked ribs and smoked beef brisket.Both lacked flavor. I normally do not use the bbq sauce that comes with the order but I had to this time in order to help add some type of flavor. The green beans also tasted like they were from a can. The fried okra was the best part of the meal for me. Unfortunately I did not get a fork with my meal and had to eat everything with my fingers but I normally look before leaving any restaurant after ordering take out and forgot to this time. I don’t think the place is bad it just did not meet my expectations of what BBQ ribs/brisket should taste like. I will say that one of the reasons I decided to try this restaurant is because they promote that they cook everything on the same day and may run out of some items due to this. Both the ribs and the brisket tasted fresh. I just don’t think their way of preparing BBQ is the same as what I am used too or expected.

Food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich and or the beef brisket sandwich. Loaded french fries, cole slaw, fried okra were all delicious.
This was our first visit. Haven't tried anything else yet. But will be updating post, as I try the different Items on the menu.
