This is a great indoor play area for kids ages 10 and under. My 11 yo was getting bored but the younger children never run out of activities. Pet hospital, princess dress up/salon, ball pit, ninja course, carousel, trampoline and zip lines just to name a few! 2 hours for $26!

If I could give 0 i would. 10am reservation line down the building and up the block. Over an hour in line, no one directing anything, they had walk in open as well. Get in finally and if you don't have grippy socks you have to buy, no reg street socks allowed. The snack machines are all cash based as well. Many employees are young adults that really would be anywhere else. 1st and last time. Only positive was it was clean and had ac.

Update: lady in the front saw us with 2 adults with a child. Told her we’re still waiting on a third adult to join us. She said that third will be charged as a child if she’s not going in with us. When my mom came and we all checked in, she still charged my mom a child price either way. Ladies in the front don’t know what the heck they’re saying. Not clear on rules and procedures.

Giving this a 2 star because facility is great. People wipe down equipments. Not too much traffic when we went. Upstairs was quite empty. Other than being greeted with such bad experience that I don’t feel like going back anymore, the place itself is great.

Will definitely not beat $17 all day long pass and unlimited $5 adult in the mainland. Hope these businesses don’t get too greedy with pricing. They’re already greedy enough to be selling mandatory grip socks. They won’t even let you use your own grip socks.

This Location was dirty when we visited and the staff did not seem to be in a rush to sanitize equipment after the other kids finished playing. The bottom of our socks were nasty from the ground. Be prepared to also purchase their branded grip socks as well.

Facilities was clean and fun for the kids but charged the grandparents over 65 when their flyer said no charge. When I brought it up with the cashier, she said everybody has to pay even though the fly say otherwise. I should have asked for a manager but it was all teenagers working.

Me and my son visited today with my wife arriving an hour later. My wife was charged $28 the child rate instead of the adult rate of $8. When we asked for a refund, the employees were very argumentative and not helpful. They said that they didn’t know she had a kid inside already. Because they apparently let random adults come without kids. My son did enjoy the playground, but because they didn’t even care to make things right, we will not be coming back.

I sent a message on their website and have waited for an explanation or some service and have received no reply, it’s clear they don’t care about customers here. Just typical nickel and dime business. Shady owners with no leadership to train the kid employees in what excellence is. Do not come here.

Two-story indoor playground with something for all ages. Couple things upfront. First is there is a 2 hour minimum which is not a problem if you have miltiple kids you may need three hours. Second you have to use their socks. Third they offer a military and Kamaʻāina diacount. Last, Security and peace of mind is a concern for a parent. Everyone in your group gets a giant sticker with your group name and time slot and you all get a wristband with a QR code that you scan to enter and to leave. You get a complimentary locker for your time there for all your belongings.

There is a keiki ninja warrior course, a small "wipeout" course, a massive ball pit, more slides than you could realize with tunnels and walkways connecting it all over the first floor. There are games that require tokens. It's a $1 for 1 token exchange.

We have been twice since arriving on island and we we surely be back. Wear pants and bring a light jacket if you get cold easily as it is cold inside. I will upload pictures when I can get some without anyone in them
