My kid loved this place so much that we came two days in a row. The only reason why I docked a star is because some of the equipment could be fixed just for aesthetic reasons. Besides that, there’s tons of parking. First responders get free admission and the over all price for everything is suuuper affordable. The staff on the floor are on top of things always cleaning up the scattered toys and keeping things organized. Highly recommended and will be back again.

We spent the last day of Fall Break at Keiki Kingdom. We usually visit the other indoor playground but decided to try a new spot. We are blown away! From the staff at entry to the cleanliness of the entire space, we loved it.
The parking lot is huge and FREE!
They are the same price as their competitors.
They have security and big area for parents to sit.
Pros: they sell food and drinks. If you are a parent, you can sit and watch your child from pretty much anywhere. Arcade area and dinosaurs rides. Play area for all ages.
Cons: i can't think of any ?
The customer service is exceptional ?

The place is okay. We’ve been to many similar indoor playgrounds. This one is noting special, but it’s adequate.

What bothered me about it is how they nickel and dime you in and out the door. All indoor playgrounds require you to play in sock and if you’re not wearing socks they will be more than happy to sell you overpriced, colorful socks. Keiki Kingdom doesn’t just expect you to wear socks, the require you to wear THEIR sock. So you’re compelled to buy their, overpriced sock

In addition they charge each parent an entry fee. Do we have a choice to send our kids alone? Heck no! Matter of fact you have to sign pages upon pages of disclaimers absolving Keiki Kingdom any responsibility for their equipment or your kid’s safety; like you’re going to spend the afternoon reading them before you sign. I get that they want to protect themselves against lawsuits (just or unjust), but in that case they should be encouraging parents to be in there with their kids not charging us extra to do so.

Then in addition most of their activities are boring for kids over 5 and you have to pay yet more for the activities that are halfway interesting for your 7 year old.

The best thing thay do is give your kid a prize when you leave. And that’s one thing that’s included in their fee.

This is a great kids place in the heart of downtown. It’s very clean, and so much to do. One of the best places for an under 5 birthday. Gave it 4 stars because there was a good amount of items not working and the prices for video games are insane.

Really great indoor playground for young kids. It was perfect for our 2 kids 5 and under. Lots of different activities to keep them entertained. It has a large lot with plenty of parking for patrons and lockers come with entry costs to stash your shoes, backpacks and purse. There is also a toy section with good toys to purchase. It would be an excellent place to host a child's birthday party.

As a first timer, the experience fell short when the employee didn’t care whether we’ve been there before and treated us as an assumed transaction. I wasn’t aware I needed Keiki Kingdom only nonslip socks to enter the playground. I didn’t know the key fob was for the locker. If the company truly wanted to handle their customers that way, then replace your check-in employees with kiosks only.

Maintenance of the place is questionable. I noticed a lot of yellow out of order tapes: female bathroom stalls (availing only the handicap stall) and on half of the air gun toys. At the trampoline with the “no climbing” sign, there are safety parts not staying put to safeguard the springs. There’s several stickers stuck on the slides.

I liked the character dance, gathering the kids for a short interaction even tho my 3yo wasn’t into it.

It is neat that this indoor playground is mostly one giant room and I give an inclusive feel, especially when going in groups (vs Kids City where it’s divided). There are a few cool toys here such as the crazy karts, octopus carousel, spinning cups, and air guns. Other than that, I’ll stick to Kids City Kapolei, where the employees take better care of both guests and the place.

Bring extra money because it's like half the experience costs extra. Perhaps we've grown accustomed to another large indoor playground where there's loads of activities including a water table and not this "fee for experience". It started when we walked in - only their branded socks allowed. Kids I understand but for parents too. All of the other play areas only care if the socks have grips and that the adults wear socks. $3 per pair so for 4 guests, and extra $12. 2 hours of play is $22/child and $5 per adult. Tokens for arcade machines, I understand. We added 10 at 1 coin = $1. Our total for 2 hours was $82. Then the water experience is like a treasure hunt, $10. Cotton candy maker $10. Claw machines $1-2/play. Gacha machines $2-5. It's like half the playground is stuff for sale - tacky! And definitely questionable supervision and cleaning. Kids literally jumping off walls as the employees meander around. Did not see any of the ball pit area cleaned once or the moving large foam rides wiped down either for that matter. But the ball dropper - broken. A ball tube in the ball pit - broken. Ball shooter inside, wrapped in caution tape and, you guessed, broken. The kids (6, 7) did have fun but with so little to do, and fri. What I've seen lax cleaning, it's an overcrowded germ-fest. Other options have definitely been much better for us!
