Kart Circuit Autobahn is a hidden gem of adrenaline and fun. The track layout, filled with twists, turns, and straightaways, was exactly what I had always craved but never experienced until now. The karts are well-maintained, and the staff ensures safety without skimping on excitement.

One exciting aspect is that only drivers aged 16 and up are allowed. This policy assures you that the karting here is serious and geared towards real racing, adding an extra layer of excitement.

An important tip for navigating the track is to drive at a speed that avoids spinning out during turns. I found that lifting the acceleration pedal slightly instead of braking was key to maintaining speed while making sharp turns. However, there was a moment when I spun out in the middle of the track and faced incoming racers. In such situations, it’s best to wait until everyone has passed before making a U-turn to avoid collisions.

Another unique aspect of the circuit is their protocol for handling accidents. When something happens on the track, they slow down the kart’s speed to ensure everyone’s safety. There’s a particular spot behind a hill where the signal to speed up doesn’t quite reach, which caught me off guard during my visit. I found myself completing a lap at a much slower pace before regaining full speed. Initially, this seemed like a setback that affected my timing, but I later realized that the position is based on our best lap time, so it didn’t affect my final standing.

They have all the necessary gear, including helmets in various sizes and head socks, ensuring everyone is properly equipped. For those who love a competitive edge, there’s a display showing the leaderboard with detailed analysis of the race.

It’s surprising how few reviews this place has on Google, given its fantastic setup. Kart Circuit Autobahn is a standout destination for anyone craving a genuine racing experience—if you’re in the area, don’t miss out!

Great place to go race. Karts are well maintained, track is well maintained and staff enjoy racing and ensure a good time. Leagues are great and staff work with you if you want to save a race etc. Alan and the team run a top notch facility and experience!

Been going since September til season end about every weekend. Staff is super friendly, and the patrons (especially the locals and regulars) are very nice, respectful racers, incredibly knowledgeable of the track, and always willing to discuss racing lines with you. I wait with restless anticipation for them to open in the spring.

Really fun experience. Electric karts simply don't compare to gas karts. Came out with a large group of friends as a guests of another friend who has a garage here at Autobahn.

Each race lasts about 10 laps and costs about $30 per race/ per person. This is about $5-$10 more per race than, say, a K1 speed.

The track is a blast, but definitely need some maintenance as there's asphalt chunks missing near some of the kerbs , and if someone catches that with their kart, could be dangerous.

Condition of the karts are average. Could be little better. Not sure the level of maintenance they recieve.

The race is more like qualifying, meaning you race for best lap time and not placement as in 1st, 2nd, 3rd. There are stat boards showing how your lap times compared to those in your group and there's also a board for quickest lap times of the day, top 10. You can get print outs of these.

There's no staff out on the track to wave flags for any reason (yellow flag, black flag, etc) , kinda just a free for all. Just the checkered flag at the end. If you wipe out, you simply get back on the course and keep going.

There's rest rooms and basic snacks and drinks inside.

Wear close toed shoes and pants you don't really care about because they get alittle dirty. Those with long hair must tuck inside your shirt- yrack safety protocol.

They offer helmets if you don't have your own as well as head socks and neck guards.

They have a booster seat for kiddos or just for those with short legs like me 😁 and they can also move the petals closer to your feet.

There are 2 petals gas and brake on either side of the steering column. The brake is not grabby at all , so time your turns right , just let off the gas alittle and power thru the turns.

I have visited this facility numerous times over the past year and consistently had positive experiences. I've participated in a league race and many regular sessions, all of which have been enjoyable. The league race could benefit from some "driver accountability" discussions, but overall, it was a great value and great racing.

The karts can reach top speeds of 44-45 mph according to GPS, with competitive lap times. For reference, my lap time was 48.6 seconds with a driver weight of 180 lbs. The top drivers, weighing between 125-130 lbs and possessing extensive track experience and driving skills, can achieve lap times around 47.6 seconds, depending on the kart and track conditions. Impressively, 95% of the karts are very close in performance, and I was informed that they are brand new this year, which is evident.

I highly recommend this place and always look forward to racing with the local talent, whether they are track employees (who get a certain number of free races per month) or local enthusiasts looking to have fun. One suggestion I have is to minimize the confusion regarding the Google page for this establishment. In the past, I've driven a considerable distance only to find out that the information on the page was not up to date with the current business hours.

Overall, this facility provides a great racing experience and excellent value. I highly recommend it!

Very cool and fun place. I’ve been Racing here for 2 seasons now and haven’t had any problems with staff. Thanks to all guys especially Jack, James and CJ. You guys made every our visit special. See you all next season!
