I hate their business. Especially the new in-place manager is rude. When they change the management, they won't honor, what they promised. I wish to bring my kid & her friends to new place rather than usual chuck e cheese OR Safari Land. We celebrated our kid's birthday party last year at this place (before management change). During booking, I ordered Cup Ice cream and they forgot to serve. Still they charged and I didn't realize that I paid for the Cup Ice cream, which they didn't serve. After two weeks, I asked for it and they gave passes with No Expiration Date.

Last week, I brought my kids to this place with that pass. But I believe management changed and new management doesn't want to accept the pass, which was given by old management. I am in their email list and I am getting weekly email alerts. They didn't mention, when there is a change in management.

- Manager was rude and she sarcastically said "Bring your receipt"
- We don't honour what old management committed

After having tough conversation, I don't wish to stay there and I disappointed my kid and her friend. Finally went to Chuck E Cheese..

Better don't go there. If you book a party, make sure they serve what you ordered. DONT BELIEVE THEM.

For a few hours of play I find it worth it. It costs 10 per child for 2 hrs of play. It's good especially now that it's winter. The kids can run around for a few hrs. The only bad is they dont offer free water. The water fountains were broken and they gave me a cup to try and get water out of the fountains. I ended up buying soda for my kids. I'm not trying to be cheap, I'd rather have them drink water than soda when they are running around and are sweaty. I will be returning to this place, especially during the winter ....

Had my step daughter's 10th birthday there today. Our party helper was very accommodating, friendly, and he was very helpful. He made sure everyone was taken care of! Highly recommend.

The kids truly have the run of the place they can run jump slide climb crawl it's all of that and more. There are few a games and I mean a very few that you have to pay for like the basketball hoop or photo booth but when you do you will get tickets to redeem for little prizes you know. There is picnic tables for parents and family to sit at you can buy things like pizza, popcorn, and candy - very light things. There is coffee for the adults and soft drinks. It's my understanding that this location is smaller than the Chicago Ridge location, but the kids have FUN!

Kids have a lot of fun here. I've been about 3 times now. The first two times I think we're better. Not sure if something happened but the staff members were more involved in the play on my 3rd visit. Blowing their whistles a lot. That was kind of annoying.
