I took a leap and booked a Jumpin party package just 2.5 weeks before the event, despite never having been there before—and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I booked, every staff member provided outstanding service. I called several times with questions and each time I was greeted with friendly and helpful responses. The kids had a blast in the ball pit before our session began, and the team was incredibly accommodating, even welcoming two surprise guests without any issues.

Safety was a top priority, with staff stationed throughout the play area ensuring the kids were safe. Hand sanitizers were readily available, which was a nice touch. Our party host was the sweetest person, making the experience even better. The party room was clean and nicely set up, with comfortable seating. We were given a balloon arch, cake knife, cutlery, paper plates, and cups—though the party lights didn’t work, but that was only a minor hiccup.

We ordered pizzas, which the kids loved, along with chips, salad, a tray of delicious fruit, and two amazing cake/biscuit boxes that I’m still raving about. Unlimited squash was available throughout our session. The host helped us both set up and clean up, and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service!

Paid parking is available, and you have 5 minutes from your arrival to pay.

As a side note, Jumpin Derby is the only place I’ve visited since arriving in the UK where every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful!

Good place for kids to have fun. Prices are reasonable if compared to other places of the same category. My kids liked it. Food and drink prices are a bit expensive.

Purchased a party package at a special rate of £100 for 10 kids, it was definitely worth every penny. The kids had a blast playing for an hour followed by 45 minutes in the party room. They supplied food; hotdogs, chips, salad plate (they ate the cucumber) and a fruit platter (that was annihilated). All this was followed by a cakes/biscuits treat platter. We had Josh as our staff member supporting our party, he was fantastic and super helpful. I have one very happy daughter - thank you ?

I took my 5 year old Granddaughter this morning and was very impressed. The reception staff were so efficient, helpful and friendly. Everywhere was very clean and the staff were all absolutely lovely. I thought that the admission price and the Cafe prices were all very reasonable. My Granddaughter had a wonderful time and it all felt very safe and well supervised. T is already asking when I am going to take her back.

My daughter has just celebrated her birthday party here for the second year in a row. The party package is fantastic value. Our host Josh went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. He was very attentive and great with the kids. The other parents commented on how well run the party was and how much the children enjoyed it. Massive thank you to Josh and his team!
Also, thank you to Nikola who I corresponded with before the party. She was incredibly helpful and was fantastic during the party.
I will certainly be rebooking for my daughter's next birthday and taking her again for a treat.

My daughter had her birthday party here and all the children had a brilliant time.
All the staff were friendly and happy to help.
The Kids loved the inflatables and the host josh was great. We opted for pizza and chips and there was more than enough served along with sides and drinks to keep them all happy

Excellent venue, plenty of seats for parents and air con, which is a big plus at this time of year. Lots of fun for kids of all ages, with plenty to keep them occupied for hours. Cafe is lovely and very reasonable. Big shout out to the staff, especially Alicia, Simon and Harry for amazing customer service. Highly recommend!!
