Nice place and lots of different things to do (height dependant). I'd say maybe little expensive but a lot of specialist equipment and staff ratios required, that maybe justifies it. Also food and drink maybe a little pricey. Free plentiful parking. Male toilets need TLC and attention.

We found most of the staff unfriendly looking but loved the new equipment , One member of the staff. Her name was Ellie was excellent with the children. Did high fives, applauded my son on his jumpin And back flips She's a credit to jump in. We went jumping again and I can honestly say Ellie is an outstand in girl and a credit to your work place too she did backflips & played with my son and he enjoys her company and makes him want to go back again jumpin.

Really impressed with the venue. Super clean, loads of seating and coffee was better than many places aimed at kids. Ellie and her coworker who served us on the 30th of October were incredibly helpful and friendly. There were loads of staff monitoring the play areas and managing any issues. I was really impressed with the different activities on offer. My daughter normally gets bored but we added an extra 30 mins onto her session - which was really reasonably priced! Will definitely be visiting again.

Well, staff are young, and doing all that they can I appreciate. But obviously still missing the experience with talking to people I can't be harsh on judges them just yet, they will gain it as they work longer. The upstairs venues for birthdays was freezing cold ❄️? .. so can you imagine after kids have played downstairs jumping running and all sweating then upstairs to be frozen .. they can easily catches cold and flu. No water fountain facilities as they should be because of the physical activities kids do they need to quench their thirst and get dehydrated. The activity zones are good, safe and clean and well supervised. Over all there is still a lot to do. But not so two stars for now is fair I guess.

Jasmine was absolutely amazing when she hosted us for my daughters 9th birthday, he ability to remember all the kids names was amazing and bear in mind we had 22 kids with us. Thank you for a brilliant experience!

Visited today for an 8 year old's birthday party; the kids are having an amazing time! The place is clean, organised and well looked after. The manager on shift (Sunday) has also been super helpful with the lots of questions I had about my own son's birthday happening this Thursday. I had to shift my under 5s daughter's soft play so the jumping time aligns with the birthday party crew and the lady was super helpful with making this happen whilst also explaining what was involved with his upcoming party. I was also told I would be getting a follow up call early in the week which really says to me they go the extra mile for their customers. I've heard lots of good things about the place and the price and good feedback is why I chose to have my son's party here. Can't really go wrong with pizza and ice cream and let's face it; the kids love it! I know my son will have a blast as all the children have done today. Great place!!

+ The only trampoline park in the area that also has a play area with slides and climbing towers.
+ Well organised, very helpful staff. Special thanks to Tanaya who was an absolute star party host. So so helpful - went above and beyond to make the party a success.
- You have no choice in picking rooms for birthday parties, the neon rooms are garish and scary, nevertheless the kids didn’t care, they had fun.

Our go to place for trampolining. Kids love it. The food is a bit expensive but we have had bday celebrations here in the past when you book in advance to get better deals. Parking is not always easy and very difficult on weekends. Have not had any issues with this place so far.
