What a BRILLIANT party we just had here. So well run, beautifully lit, scrupulously clean, with friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out for Dhruv for taking such excellent care of us!

Do not book your Party here!!. Just had really awful experience with Jump In Esher, after being told by several different reps, that I needed to confirm my numbers by the Wednesday before. They then said oh no we are full you can only have 10 guests. I then had to separate out 5 of the guests, one of which was so upset and left. I spent the whole party runnning around checking on the 'outed' guests. Instead of enjoying the time with my daughter. All they had to do was make us confirm numbers sooner. IF they saw my slot filling up online a quick phonecall would have resolved this. Really Poorly managed. Also the party area's are filthy and no aircon.. DO not recommend.

Have to buy socks that otherwise are fine for other professional trampoling dstablishments because they don't have their logo which was a bit irritating and a lack of supervision from staff when caring for wellbeing of younger children. Otherwise really nice place but the above let's it down

Great evening out for son’s birthday.Took 8 boys, bought a couple of pizzas whilst there which were delicious. Staff very enthusiastic and super friendly. Kids had a fab time

Perfect holiday camp! Great value for money as the kids had the opportunity to jump and climb loads with a few great down-time activities in between. Freya was brilliant with my kids, they can't wait to come back!

Took our Grandson to the AirHop at Esher this Wednesday he had a great couple of hours play on the soft play and trampolines.The staff were friendly and helpful. Online booking was easy.The venue was clean and tidy and parking was easy.

We had an wonderful time yesterday at the venue the kids absolutely loved it. The place is new and was very clean. I like the fact it was not too busy we all had our space to jump etc . The soft play section and trampoline was great. Next time we will try the rock climbing. Thank you for a great day.
