Very dirty. The ball pit has very dirty balls in it along with broken balls. They had a slide up against some raised floor that my son hit with his eye. They packed these blow up toys in there like sardines and there is a very real concern of a kid getting stuck between these things. At least put some soft flooring in for the inevitable fall off the toys. I’m all for kids being kids, and not bubble wrapping the world, but this place is another level. Just make sure you’ve got health insurance up to date if you go here.

Place was clean, kinda odd that you had to buy socks from them and couldn't use any others, I guess just another way to make money off people. Daughter had tons of fun, she really enjoyed the foam pits and making new friends with the other children that were there. The Young lady at the front needs some guidance, she really didn't know anything off the top of her head and you could barely hear what she was saying, the place was pretty dead and it was still like she was whispering. They had I believe 3 birthday room for party's, if I lived in Pocatello id consider having my child's birthday there but I don't but we will definitely be back for the kids to have a good time.

My kids ages 3 to 10 all had a great time. Lots of options to play on. Even a little place to build with the foam blocks. There were a few blow up toys that were laying deflated, and the slide had a big hole. But I am sure they are working on those. Lots of space for the kids to burn energy. Happy to see a business like this in the mall.

First off my brother in law left his phone sitting on the couch up by the foam pit and it somehow disappeared. It seemed a little suspicious that the male worker I didn’t catch his name went up after my family walked out and than came back down and that’s when we noticed the phone was gone. Well the same worker had some teenagers bring him food and after that they ran out super fast. All I know is if he stole his phone he needs to be fired that’s bullshit. This happened today 12/30/24 at around 6pm.

Fun place to bring the kids, they occasionally rearrange and bring a new jump houses which keeps it interesting. Plus there’s a selection of toys that are not jump related which help keep everyone happy.

So fun 7 dollars per kid for both sides. Every time I go they have a new blow up slide now they have a ball pit they have a really nice waiting area for parents to watch their kids
