After contemplating where to have my son's 5th birthday party, we decided on jump City and so glad we did.
We had a party of 15 and it was great. The kids absolutely loved it and the staff was brilliant. I would really recommend this place if you want to do the same or just an outing for the kids. Thank jump City for helping my son to have a memorable birthday.

Good fun for the kids (and adults). We attended for a birthday party and were looked after by the staff.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The place itself is very spacious with different activity areas and a café.

Only negative was that we weren't allowed to have our cake there. We were only allowed to cut it and put in party bags rather than eat it there.

We recently had our sons 7th birthday party here & the kids all had a great time. The staff were very friendly, helpful & polite! It's a brilliant venue for a party & it was all so well organised, we didn't have to do much at all. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, highly recommend. Thank you so much.

The place is ok but needs some staff training and better management.
Jumping area is not big and has few other activities to play too. The seating area and cafeteria is at the top level.

The second time coming over was for a birthday party for kids around 3-4 years old. The reception girls team and the jumping area team do not have good communication. End up splitting the group of kids that were there for the party to have fun toegether. This situation could have sorted it out with good communication between both teams.

Overall, the place is good but with simple adjustments of customer service it could improve the customer experience.

Such a nice and well run place. Unlike other places the staff here are all on the ball and make sure the kids are having fun whilst making sure they are following the rules and playing safely. Made me feel at ease bringing my kids here. Thank you!

We usually go to the trampoline park in Welwyn. This one is very small, the pictures make it look much bigger. Good options at the cafe and fair pricing but the place is small, toilets were dirty and had no toilet roll. Wasn’t much parking available. Wouldn’t personally come here again.

We had our son's birthday party at Jump City and it was simply amazing experience. It was our first time at Jump City and similar was the case for other families who came for the birthday but we all left very happy. The kids enjoyed thoroughly, enough activities to do, food was good and the staff was very professional and helpful. We will definitely go there again. Totally recommended!
