Only traditional bakery in town. Great staff and very talented decorators. Shanelle is the Pensacola Cake Queen, her cookies are pretty fabulous too! I love the huge selection of their original recipes. Some of my favorites are the almond crescents, creamed horns, maple bars, cheese danishes, brownies, fruit tarts, and cookies.

Order a cake, cupcakes, and cookies for my sisters gender reveal and omg did they turn out amazing! Everyone was super nice when me and my brother came in to pick the order up. Everything was so delicious and we thought the cookies were not gonna be good cause they were so cute lol, but they were amazing! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

This was a beautiful cake and we're normally used to very sugary sweet icing (we don't like that) but they suprised us by it had the heavy icing feeling but it wasn't that sweet but that made us happier and the middle of the cake was also a sweet surprise doing vanilla creme, I very much loved the suprised it made my day. Just the blend of everything in each bite was like heaven to me!!!! They are also very sweet and kind staff, even on the phone when I placed this order!!! Thank you so much!!

We ordered a custom gender reveal cake and cookies from J Bakery and not only was the customer service prompt and accommodating, the baker reviewed a video we sent to make us exactly what we wanted. The cake is probably the best I have ever tasted and the cookies were super cute! We will definitely be back!

Thank you J's Bakery and Cafe for our amazing monster trucks birthday cake and cupcakes! They were absolutely delicious! Thank you for making the cake look so spectacular considering that we could not have cocoa / chocolate on it - you still managed to make it look like the trucks were driving over real dirt and everybody asked who made the cake!

J's Bakery did an amazing job making a birthday cake for the IWTC Corry Station Chiefs Mess. The first picture is what i sent and the second is what i received. They did a phenomenal job not only with the likeness but also with customer service. They were so helpful and willing to be available to work out a time to pick up the cake. They will be my first recommendation for any future cake needs.
