Wouldn’t recommend hosting a birthday party here ever!!! I have never had a worst experience with any of my children’s birthday parties anywhere else. This was a planned birthday party that was supposed to start at 12 PM. I got an email saying that I needed to arrive early for set up. I arrived at least 30 minutes early and they told me that I had to wait for my room because there was another birthday party going on, waited for my room until they came up and told me that they overbooked birthday parties and even though my party started at 12 PM I wouldn’t even be able to get in to set up until around 12:45 PM…. So not only was all of my, My daughter’s birthday party staff, and All of our guests stuff just sat in a random spot while we waited For our room, I also had to tell each individual guest that our room wasn’t ready and we just had to wait. The staff then tried to gaslight me and tell me that they would give us extra time and that we could jump until 2 PM. The party didn’t even end until 2 PM anyways.. And I have inserted a screenshot just to show… Not only with all that happening they will give you an extremely hard time if you want to order extra pizza so if your guests end up bringing siblings and you don’t have enough food, they’ll be super rude to you And that’s if they even let you order pizza because they probably won’t, they’ll tell you that it’s gonna be super late and make it super complicated.
On top of that During our party, my father got hungry since they were being so late so he went to the café and tried to order some food, and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and said that she was not making any food for him…. As somebody That works with customer service seeing the way this business runs angers me so bad. They are so unprofessional. The staff is incredibly rude and unorganized If you’d love to have an absolutely stressful birthday party, I would recommend coming here because never in my life. Have I experienced a birthday party this bad….. And there’s Just so much more I could say, but I’m just trying to warn everyone and get the word out.
Also the best part is it was $700 for a terrible experience…. If you’d like to learn yourself go check them out! Never felt like more of a waste of money, I hope they do better in the future.

We have a membership here because my toddler loves it so much and it’s incredibly toddler friendly but one downside is the staff. They have signs EVERYWHERE about kindness and being nice to people but it’s ironic because the staff is not friendly. They are not rude but they definitely are not smiling and friendly. Today was the first time I saw a smiling and friendly worker. Her name was Ivey. It gave me hope in the place. The owner is great too but all the other workers are not welcoming and definitely aren’t kind. It is a great place for jumping though.

Good place for little kids to jump. Cafe staff were awful. lady with authority figure shirt on was more interested in cleaning than getting my order right. I ordered a food item and 1 drink and she charges for a drink and bottle of water. I ask what she charged for and she was like your two drinks oh yea did u want that food...why would I order two drinks....I will never spend money there again rude and not even apologetic she just acted like she was annoyed at having to serve me. Also her conversations with other staff at Cafe was inappropriate complaining about children. You work at a kids place!

My kids loved this place. We jumped for an hour. I brought my son, who has autism, and we didn't have any problems. Staff and children were welcoming! One thing that stood out to me is that a little kid was upset/ crying in the dodge ball pit, and a staff member went over and picked him up until the mom came over, wow! It makes you feel right at home and safe. Will definitely be returning.

Was a great experience for all the kids even the 4 year old had a blast. Need to have a 2 hour pass instead of a day pass. One hour is short. Think 2 hours would be great. Bring water for kids no drink place was ope

Fun place to take the kids when you want to tire them out ?. Great atmosphere. The staff is amazing with exceptional customer service. The food is good especially their pizza. I recommend the all day jump passes. We will most definitely return.

Adorable place to bring kids for parties or just a day of bouncing fun. Although it was very busy it did not feel chaotic. The area was very clean, the staff was attentive to our group and there was more than enough room for the kids to run and play safely.
