Orderd parts and next day received a refund. Was purchasing a valve cover with pulse fitting that was priced $9.99 was told it was out of stock. Same part and same part number is now $29.99 they just didn't want to sell for price previously posted. For $29.99 it's in stock.

Ordered parts twice in the past 6 months or so. The first order never showed up, they blamed the USPS. Got a refund. The second order from the 11th of this month never showed up. Contacted the manager, said it didn't make it in their system and had the secretary handle it. Been 5 days since that conversation, label created but USPS is still awaiting item according to the tracking number. Shop elsewhere.

One of the best kart tracks I have ever been to. Large, high bank, and multiple groove track with a lot of passing room. No follow the leader racing on this track. Engines packages are predator based with clone classes available to run. 99% of karts run Hoosier or Burris groove tires and the track is prepped for this type of racing. One set of tires will last you a few years. Absolutely a blast to race on. Kart count is always good. Most all the drivers are respectable and help one another out if needed. Very family oriented track. The Cline family has provided an excellent place for racing and I hope it continues to grow for years to come. Come and try it out. You won’t regret it.

Don't do buisinss with these people, ordered a clutch from them. They drop shipped from another company and sent the wrong item. Then said they would take care of issue and I was unable to get a response after that. Very unprofessional business,and customer service is a joke!!!!

This place as far as selling parts and customer service is the worst place I have ever dealt with online. The guy I was dealing with was so rude. Will let everyone I know not to do business with Jonesboro Karting Complex. Place is a joke
