This place is amaaaaazing! Perfect venue for watching a concert... We watched one of the best Latin artists alive and it just felt so intimate for him (Juanes) and for every member of the audience... Can't believe I haven't gone before but really looking forward to going back!

First time as this venue. Was super excited to see Teddy Swims for my first concert after nearly a year of horrible health problems. Denied ADA accommodation three times and asked to leave the general ADA area by police at this venue. I have a chronic health condition that can make me prone to passing out and checked with box office manager when I arrived, was told ADA was sold out. Decided to check out the ADA area and leaned against the railing for support. Finally caught one song in peace and not stressing from falling over. Two security guards approached me and I again requested a seat in ADA. They send a police officer who told me I can’t “use my disability to get closer to the stage”. It took courage (and a lot of therapy) to ask for assistance, yet my rights were repeatedly denied. Plenty of space and chairs in the area! Couldn’t even lean against the railing to enjoy the show. Only seats I was offered were outside with no sound or visuals for the show. One employee mentioned they are working to create more ADA at this location… please get it together JJs! I only counted 10 seats in ADA and 3 left unoccupied.

Saw a great three band show, The Native Howl, Blacktop Mojo, and Clutch. Enjoyed a nice, laid-back atmosphere,
Just be ready to drop around nine bucks for a pretty small clear cup of beer. I understand venues make a lot of their money off drinks, but there is a point it becomes robbery, and that is what that price for that product is.

I absolutely love this venue, it always has amazing shows and great vibes! I’m leaving a bad review because this past weekend I saw That Mexican Ot and had ordered drinks at the bar downstairs. I spent over $120 not including my tips and was not even feeling the liquor. I do not regularly drink and ordered doubles all night for me and my partner. I was told my several friends they water their bottles down before they serve you!!

JJ's Live offers a terrific smaller venue for concerts. I really liked the layout - open yet safety-focused with a partial barrier in the pit area. There are a number of high top tables on the second floor. It offers a number of drink stations and several restrooms. The outdoor restrooms are heated! The staff members were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely attend another show for a more intimate music experience.

I have been to multiple events at this venue, usually the crowd is manageable and you can get close to the main stage easy, most of the events I attended have been the DJ themed nights.
I went to Kevin Gates last night 12/7 with GA tickets. This show was completely packed and there was not much room.
The logistics of this place was not well thought out. The front 1/3 is taken up for the Pit making an already small venue tighter. The Pit has multiple entrances which seems ideal, but the entrances require them to shove through the GA crowd of which there was no room for them to do so. This meant every at least 10-15 minutes we were being jostled and shoved/squashed as people were making their was in or out for the Pit. This resulted in multiple altercations with people around me.
The set up of the venue also meant the rail for separating GA and Pit had a slight step up platform, making everyone in the rail of GA taller and therefore blocking the view of the stage. There is no elevation of the floor to help with the view at all, so you were just going to have visibility blocked. This venue either needs to introduce a slight elevation to the stage or floor.
Overall I have usually enjoyed shows at JJs but I will second think buying any that have the Pit setup.

I sat up top at this venue for Jake Shane. Paid $115 for my spot. I had 2 security guards behind me the whole night. One of them told me to quiet down & they just kept hovering over me like I was doing something wrong. Not necessary. Everyone in the building is screaming their lungs out & having fun. Security needs to lay off. Leave people alone & stop sucking the fun out of the experience.
