I never post negative reviews because I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, my husband and I have given this location 3 different visits and each experience was negative. We have visited other locations without any issue. 2/3 times at this location we waited 15-20 minutes which is okay if you’re receiving excellent service and coffee. The coffee is good not great. The service is legitimately the worst customer service we’ve experienced anywhere. Ever. All three visits we weren’t greeted with kindness but were rather treated as an inconvenience. As paying customers who always tip, this is disheartening especially after waiting in line. This last visit our sausage was completed charred and inedible. Unfortunately, after three strikes we will no longer be coming here for business. Truly makes me sad as going to a coffee stand should be a “treat”.

The girl that was making our coffee, i saw her put hot water in mine. I got s.f caramel and white chocolate with 1/2 & 1/2 I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to water it down ? it did not taste like the other ones I've had and it tastes really watered down very disappointed we come from all the way from southern oregon to visit family and decided to get jitters on the way out because it was so good but not this time and bagels were kinda burnt on the top very crunchy kinda hard to chomp down on and paying over $20 will never go back to this location if we come back this way

One of my favorite memories of my trip to Idaho. The white chocolate mocha both hot and iced was excellent. Also, the customer service was top-notch.

Great coffee everytime. Just the menu is hard to read if not impossible to read from the passenger seat and with the line. It would be nice to have a large menu on the side of the building so people can start thinking of their order when waiting and so everyone can read it too.

The only Jitters location I love to go to and will always try to go to. They always make my drink the way I like it PERFECT! Just went to the one on Seltice and didn’t make my coffee the same 🙁

Hannah and Kenna were great! They were kind and greeted me immediately with a smile. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they were patient while I searched the menu. They were extremely helpful answering all my questions. The drink looked fantastic but tasted even better! I would give more stars if I could. A+ service and drinks!!

Daily drink specials at discounted prices. Plenty of drink choices. Baristas were both friendly and quick. If you're out and about in Post Falls, I definitely recommend it.
