Our church went for dinner tonight, and it was fantastic!! The service was the BEST. We are never able to all eat at the same time, but here at Jimmies, our food came at the same time. It was delicious and priced right. I highly recommend coming here anytime. The chicken fried steak was amazing!!!

Was out showing property and stopped in for some late breakfast. It had been years since I’d eaten there. It’s still a good down hike restaurant that the locals like to frequent, have coffee and an affordable meal. I think I got a lot of food for $8. Waitress was attentive and helpful. It was pretty tasty and comforting on a cold November morning. If you want a good, affordable meal with great service, check it out. Sure beats fast food on price and taste.

Yuck, the food & appearance, the smell, the service, the atmosphere. I ordered, & tried the fish, & my BF, chicken fried steak, despite my better judgment, I thought on the off chance... & you can't knock it till you try it.. But I was absolutely disgusted. Maybe u'll have a better experience, but I definitely will not be doing that to myself again.

Not very inviting and when I went there, it was very short staffed and when we ordered cream with our coffees, we were given milk. Food was lukewarm and bland. The salt and pepper helped a lot, but not too much.

It wasn’t too bad price wise, but for the quality and service, I could’ve done better myself at home for cheaper and a bigger portion. Won’t come back and don’t recommend.

If you are hungry for fish, this is the place to go. Especially if you're interested in fried catfish and walleye. The fish was excellent. Not the least bit oily. It was hot, freshly fried, and tasted great. It was served with brown beans, hush puppies, a baked potato, coleslaw, and pickles. If you're not a fish person there are other menu items. However I highly recommend the fish. It has a diner type atmosphere and excellent service.

We went for lunch a couple weeks back, and it was an ok experience.
The staff was super friendly and very helpful, but the quality of food was just ok. We did enjoy the shrimp, but the rest was underwhelming.
I'm not saying we wouldn't try again, but I doubt we would go out of our way to.

This place is special to me. Way back I worked at the Armstrong. Flooring factory in West Plains. We ate here nearly every weekday morning. Lori, our favorite waitress still works there! Food is still great the service even better!
