The most fun, challenging, and encouraging part of my daily routine is Jazzercise! Excellent instructors, constantly updated music, and fun classmates! Class formats vary, so the workout is never boring, but after a few months of learning all of the general moves, it's not difficult to pick up any new songs (and there are new songs all the time!) I ❤️ Jazzercise!!

For me, exercise doesn't work unless I really enjoy it. Jazzercise is wonderful for just that! It is fun, a great, intense workout, the instructors are wonderful and everyone there makes it feel like a small community of friends. It helped me lose 8 pounds just last month 🙂

I love Jazzercise! I have been doing it for almost 4 years now and plan to do it forever! The community of instructors and students are wonderful and the workout is AMAZING. There is a great balance of strength training and cardio exercise. Don't let the name fool you, it is an EXCELLENT workout!!!
