So I went to Janwiches about 3 weeks ago It was a very nice place to have lunch it's has a bakery in the inside as well.I don't know the name of it, but it's all-in-one room.Just one side is the bakery and the other side is Janwich I order the Philly cheesesteak and fries really good taste reasonable portion size I also tried their pancakes. I ordered them off the kids menu because they're (smaller). They taste store-bought to me.But that's just my opinion.I probably won't order pancakes again but I am willing to try the other breakfast items on the menu

I definitely enjoyed myself. My daughter ate all her food, so that’s the plus. I was craving a BLT and wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. But when I bit into my sandwich, it was love at first sight. I thought it was a bakery and didn’t realize that it was a Joint restaurant. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and, best of all, great food.

Food is a solid eat, it took longer then expectednfor what was recived. The sides are decent in taste. The mac n'cheese is not bkue box and not the slimy church pot luck showing we hav become use to seeing in resturants here in Augsta. We hwve been here twice, both times food has been good. The philly potato was chopped up not bad just unexpected. The club and the ruban both well made and consistant.

My husband and I were in the area and the reviews were decent so we decided to give them a shot. My husband loves breakfast so that's what he decided on I wanted a chicken sandwich. I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich and not only was it tasteless, it was in spicy, and it was a frozen breast that was not only not fresh tasting but a poor excuse for chicken. There was only one other couple that was in the restaurant the entire time we were so I'm not sure they get much business so I can imagine why stuff wouldn't be very fresh. They also have a bakery beside them which had almost nothing there and it was first thing in the morning about 8:00 a.m. I definitely would not go back again not only because things weren't fresh but it's just really not worth the pricing for having cardboard tasting food I'm sorry to say.

Placed a pickup order. Arrived shortly after the expected pickup time. Was told that my order wasn’t ready. Ended up waiting for a little over 30 minutes before I noticed that a couple who came in after me had time to order and already have their food. Went back to counter only to find that my order was ready but no one had the courtesy to let me know that it was. Pretty sure that my order so in the back for long enough for the toasted bread to get soggy. If you read through the reviews enough you’ll see a trend. Service seems to be very inconsistent. Some praise this place while others have similar issues that I experienced. I’m sure there are probably a number of places in this area with similar food options which means that your service is what sets you apart from the competition. Overall it wasn’t a great first impression. From reading through the reviews I doubt the owner(s) even read the reviews which is also not a good sign.

OMG!!! I can’t believe i waited so long to try this place!! i went in and was greeted so pleasantly. Both people who talked to me were so sweet!! i ordered the Chocolate chip pancakes with a side of bacon. It was only 8.40!! that’s a win in my book. I got it to go as i had work and they packed it together so quickly!! the deserts looked sooo good and i will be back to try!! this is why i love local businesses!! They take ever interaction as a way to make an impression, you don’t find that in the subway or taco bell. They genuinely care about your experience in their store. Support your local buisness!!

Britney is awesome! I come in after my stretch sessions at an establishment next door. Britney’s warm and inviting familial energy makes the dining experience even better. The food is always excellent, but the service is what will continue to set your business apart from the competition!
