Chloe is amazing !!! She is super friendly and helpful. She told us she was new but I couldn't tell. The food was so good that we ordered a pizza to go. This place went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was delicious and fast. All of the servers were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend stopping by Jack's place and ask for my girl Chloe!!!!

Food was yummy, decent wait time, very nice staff (Jade) who made sure they had gluten free hamburger buns. -1star because minor order mixups: they switched the fries on a plate and did not designate the cook temp on burgers despite requesting. But overall good!

Justice for All!!
Justice was our server at Grand Bear Resort, Jack’s Restaurant and Bar! Justice made our experience so special and amazing! We got to meet the chef, who was very kind and in the morning when the hash browns were not cooked correctly, they let us know that they were switching the menu and that they heard us and were going to make the nessessary changes. We went back for lunch and the food was outstanding! I had a flatbread with fig jamb, Brie cheese, with arugula, which was fresh and hit the spot. My kids were happy with a burger, some pasta with tomatoes and yummy stuff”” said my 9.5 year old. The next day, we went back for breakfast which was changed to buffet and it was perfection.
Justice was super, yet again. Paid close attention to the height of the glass since my middle child was too big for a child size cup and too small for a large glass, the sensitivity he showed was outstanding! He cared. He appreciated the nuance for my kid. He laughed and shared tidbits about his goals and our vacation was enhanced because we met Justice. My nine year old is having me make a point to share that Justice holds a special place in our hearts.

Good was ok but we never received items we had ordered and the waitress on staff Sunday evening 07/09/2023 was very inattentive and was more concerned with the young man working as the Host than her tables.

Food was ok, chicken was a little rubbery but tasted fine. Broccoli and mashed potatoes were decent. The Alfredo was very oily and not that great. The shrimp was very gross and we only ate 2 pieces between the two of us. For a $5 up-charge you would expect it to taste a lot better. I would avoid the Alfredo dish altogether.

My girlfriend and I normally tip about 50% plus as we have both worked in the industry in the past and know how rough it can be but honestly I probably still tipped too much for the service we received (33%). Could be a nice place to have a nicer sit down meal, but we must have just picked a bad night.

We ended up going elsewhere to find dessert as we just wanted to pay and leave after our meal came.
