We took our family to Ivan’s last week. We have been meaning to go try them out since they opened but life gets busy. We were very impressed with the food and the staff. I had the fajita burrito, and a couple street tacos, it was delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

Very Friendly staff. Quick to get a seat and order. Multiple different people checked on us.

We had chips and salsa. Salsa cups look small but is enough. Slightly sweet flavorful salsa . Guacamole 🥑 seemed to be made fresh flavorful but not spicy. Myself I could use more spice . Chips were warm and fresh , not greasy .
Dinner we had chorizo pollo . Very tender chicken. Topped and seasoned with chorizo . Served with rice n beans and flour tortillas Again flavorful but not spicy. I asked for salsa verde to use which was a medium spice. Love the salsa verde .
Also had fish tacos . Lightly breaded and fried fish chunks served on flour tortillas with a Baja type sauce, we used salsa verde to get more spice. My only issue (Which I didn’t tell the staff) there was a piece of extremely hard chunk that nearly broke a tooth. It happens sometimes , I get it. No harm no foul.
The customer service is top notch.

The place is a little loud. Open kitchen and they had a huge fan going . Which I appreciated. It was 105 heat index .

I will be back to try more options 😃
Prices are very competitive compared to other Mexican restaurants.

I didn't leave a review after the first visit that was less than enjoyable because I went opening night and I understand how that goes. But after the second and third time being no different, I'm sorry to say that I won't be back. I honestly can not comprehend the amount of good reviews here because this place easily makes top three in the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The chips have no salt, the salsa tastes like ketchup, the cheese dip is always cold, and the main dishes are either bland or so salty that they're inedible. By the lack of cars there on a daily basis, I would say I'm not the only one who thinks this about the food.
The staff is always nice and the prices are good, but unfortunately that's the only pleasant thing I have to say. I really had high hopes for this place to work out, but it won't last.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Ivan’s (service, food, atmosphere wise)! My bad experience comes with leaving the parking lot.. every time I almost get SMOKED because of the front parking. You’re unable to see past most vehicles due to the parking spaces butting up to the road. So, you either have your front end hanging out into the road or have compromised vision . My poor tacos always end up discombobulated😂 Is there a way to eliminate this area for parking? No hate to the establishment or staff itself!🤍

Absolutely wonderful food! The staff is great. They are willing to accommodate my personal requests without hesitation. They go above and beyond to make your dining experience pleasant. Much luck to Ramon and Mary on this excellent adventure you have started.

Wow I am pleasantly surprised, the other place doesn't even compare to Ivan's . Food was way above my expectations 😁😁 service exceptional. I will definitely be coming back. Just had my second meal from Ivan's Chillireno dinner and two chicken tacos, and mind blown definitely reminds me of some of the restaurants in so cal . I think I have found my new favorite place to eat. And very reasonable prices. Trying some of my favorites and I don't think I will be disappointed.💯💯💯💯💯

The staff is always super friendly. We have been there a few times and are looking forward to making it our go-to spot for regular date nights. The margaritas are absolutely delicious, and they also serve a great taco salad, along with other amazing options.
